Locație nouă, pe plajă, acces la piscină, parcare privată!

Cons:

Dormitoarele mici cu pat accesibil doar pe o latură, lipsa umerașe într-un dressing imens cu multe bare pt umerașe. Curățenia (luat gunoi, schimbat prosoape) s-a făcut în a 4-a zi, după ce am sunat de 2 ori la recepție!

Beautiful location, but it comes at a cost.
Pros:

The amenities were pretty good and functional. The location is very beautiful and the pool was very nice. The overall surroundings are quiet and not crowded. The kitchen was fully equiped.

Cons:

The private beach is full of rocks for the most part and combined with the algae, it made for a very slippery and dangerous experience. The location is not well placed on maps, so it was a bit difficult to find (fyi - follow the main street, and you will see a sign). The room had ants that and it was annoying. If you don't come by car, you are going to have a pretty good workout climbing the very steep and long hill when you want to leave the hotel. In the 3 days we stayed, no one came to clean or restock supplies such as toilet paper.

Although the apartment is vey new there are some things that are poorly done. The kitchen lacked basic items.

A good place to relax on the black sea without the crowds but near Varna.
Pros:

The beach is not crowded and clean, the property is well taken care of and there is a restaurant.

It looks like there is a lot of developments around the property but it did not really affect us.

Good option for a few days for the view.
Pros:

The apartment is furnished exactly like the pictures and the view is spectacular on the terrace. The pool although small is a good alternative to the private beach as there are some small cliffs in the water. The breakfast at the main La Mar residence is quite good although the options are limited and the staff of the restaurant is very accommodating.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room left a bit to be desired, we found hairs in the shower and sand on the couch. Also, there was no one to take out the garbage or at least signal where we should throw it. We arrived later in the evening, they left the key with the security in the main complex but they did not speak English. Also, there are no signs that differentiate building one and two and that created a bit of confusion when we arrived.
