Overall enjoyable but needs a freshen up

Friendly staff. Hot rain shower. Size of the rooms. Location.

Front desk were always kind and cordial. Manager spoke respectfully in out conversation.

Cons:

Standards have clearly been decreasing for many years. My Room fridge didn’t work, safe didn’t work, extremely loud A/c, by breakfast buffet was small and with many options missing or waiting to be refilled. But there is no around or in the front. Coffee machine no workers by 2 days

Pool lacked any sense that this was important resource offering form them. No chairs /chaisse long to sit. Couldn’t find towels and no one was up there. Just a guy with a white shirt playing on his phone while laying down. Maybe a deserved break. I’m not quite sure
