Nice hotel for short stay at center of KL
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at Tamu Hotel & Suites with our family. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The breakfast had a good variety, and the location was convenient for getting around the city. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would happily stay here again. Recommended for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Pros:

Las vistas desde las habitaciones y la piscina son increíbles.

Cons:

Todas las instituciones están muy deterioradas y poco limpias. Solo funcionaba un ascensor de los cuatro que había.

firstly, masa check in tak jumpa apa tah katanya tersalah daftar bilik sebab nama sama. lepastu lepas dah naik kad pula tak boleh tap kat pintu turun bawah balik nak tukar kad. lepastu bila dah masuk bilik ada sampah lama yang tak dibuang maybe customer sebelum kami. lepastu bathtub pon tak boleh guna sebab ada leaking or bocor maybe.

Ottimo compromesso
Pros:

Mi sono piaciute principalmente la vista e la piscina a sfioro con difronte le Petronas, che era davvero fantastica.
La piscina era grande e pulita.
La reception è molto accogliente e gli addetti si sono dimostrati disponibili a prendere in carico le nostre richieste.

Cons:

La stanza aveva dei difetti, tipo l'armadio che era rotto.
Il servizio di pulizia in stanza è un po' scarso, mi straniva che gli addetti pulivano a piedi nudi, poco igienico.
Colazione poco varia.

Maintannce not good. Lift terlalu lambat walaupun ade 4. Parking kereta tidak selesa. Towel muka pun tiada disediakan walaupun harga room 300++

Only one lift to go 20 floor
Some time half way thro went up again. Every time I have to wait 10 to 15 mins to go to room

Perfect location to go about in KL specifically near the Kampung Baru area and near Jalan Sultan Ismail.

Saya masuk bilik tanpa tuala di sediakan..Sy call reception untuk minta tuala dan ambil masa 1 jam untuk sampai ke bilik..Tuala sampai dalam keadaan lembab dan bau ketiak bangla (pekerja yang hantar ke bilik)
