A bit expensive but worth the stay. Will always be choice of stay for my child’s IJN appointments
Pros:

I love the bed. Extremely comfortable. The room is spacious and the location is near to IJN where I needed to go. And we got a room with beautiful view of the KL tower and Merdeka 118

Cons:

Some things about the facilities in the room: the shower hadir a missing pipe to change from the overhead shower to the handheld shower. I wanted to complain at first but I didn’t want to go through the hassles if they were to change our room. The sink was also clogged at times which can be a bit uncomfortable. And the bedsheets smells a bit. And my room was not cleaned, even though I have switched on the light to indicate for house keeping. Had to call the receptionist and asked for new towels and passed the rubbish to them.

Pros:

Oleh kerana bulan Ramadhan, lokasi nya amat menarik kerana bersebelahan dengan gerai ramadhan.

Untuk sahur pun ok.

Cons:

- Tempat penyimpanan sabun kurang berfungsi.

- Tiada channel movie untuk ditonton.

Un rapport qualité prix intéressant pour visiter Kuala Lumpur
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse.
Vue incroyable de la chambre sur les tours Petronas et le quartier animé de Kampung Baru.
Piscine à débordement au 14ieme étage incroyable !

Cons:

La propreté pourrait s’améliorer un peu.
Une tache de sang sur une taie d’oreiller en arrivant.
Un passage du service de nettoyage sans changement de serviette un jour, mais personnel agréable.
Autre point d’importance, une mosquée se situe en bas de l’hôtel. Il faut s’attendre à être réveillé tous les matins à 6h00…

This time d housekeeping service was so bad..it took 2 hours to get drinking water, d refrigerator was not working..n they don't provide toothbrush...on previous stay it was good

Pros:

Spacious room.

Cons:

Smelly bathroom. The room was not ready. No tissue, no tv remote, no toothbrush, no bottle mineral water, no hairdryer. The housekeeping was really bad.
