Hòa An Hotel- motorbike rental

The family who run this hotel are amazing people.. Lượng was able to arrange bikes for my country side tour, dining options in town, scooters, and a taxi for me in my amazing week at cao bang, !

Twice I had a difficulties in the local area and both times Lượng went out of his was to help and was able to resolve on my behalf.. one banking issue and a technical problem with passport could have been a disaster but Lượng saved me and solved the problem!!!

In his own words he… “knows what tourists want”. But the way he could help me with difficult situations was outstanding and I can’t thank him enough for saving me a lot of stress.

Very good place to stay - only about 2km from the central intercity bus station. The room was spacious and clean. Beds are a bit harder as everywhere.

The people there are very kind, helped us with itinerary, rented a bike and stored our bags.

The check-in at 4am was not a problem at all.

Really recommend this place! Thank you for everything.

Good value for money

Great hosts who were happy to help with recommendations and arranging things. Very friendly and happy people! Would stay again.

Quiet hotel, good for a night or two when starting the Cao Bang loop or to explore the city. The family is very nice. Everything seems a bit dated especially the bathroom, but we would still return. Beds are on the very firm side but you get a very airy and light room which is very rare in Vietnam for this price range.

Le jeune propriétaire est très gentil et parle bien anglais. Possibilité de louer des scooters ainsi que de laisser ses grosses valises pour ceux qui veulent faire la loop en scooter. La chambre était bien propre

Malgré notre arrivée très tardive ( 4h du matin ) quelqu'un était là pour nous accueillir !
De plus. L'hote est très réactif et était là pour louer un scooter et des conseils sur la loop.

Je ne peux que recommander cet établissement qui a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes.

Un grand merci à nos hôtes pour leur extrême gentillesse et leur flexibilité : arrivés bien plus tôt que prévu (4h30 du matin au lieu de 8h), nous avons pu finir notre nuit dans une chambre de repos avant d'accéder à notre réservation initiale le lendemain.

De plus, l'hôte nous a même conduits en voiture jusqu'à une agence de location de scooter, située à une certaine distance.

Enfin, ils ont accepté de garder nos gros bagages pendant toute la durée de notre loop et, jusqu'à ce que nous prenions notre nuit bus le soir, ils nous ont laissé prendre une douche, même si nous n'avions pas réservé de chambre pour cette nuit-là.

Un séjour inoubliable grâce à leur accueil chaleureux.
