A great stay in a quiet village outside of Mumbai with an excellent host
Pros:

We liked the chilled vibe and the decorations. The balcony overlooking the backwater was great. We stayed in the week so it was lovely and quiet. Akshay was great host and helped us with rickshaw’s

Pros:

Dinner was very tasty and very fresh.

Cons:

There is no sea view, all handmade interiors some of already broken and fragile. One of glass broke by niece she is 5 years old but I didn’t know. After check out owner calls me he was blaming us for many things which are already broken. I have only stayed for one night and checked out early morning. Hot water start after 8 as per owner.

Superb stay and quite a great experience at this property.
Pros:

Location is quite well suited for travelers who wish to explore and visit the nearby tourist attractions around Alibaug and Nagaon. Lunch was simply delicious and quite home like food was prepared with some fresh local fish delicacies. Host Mr. Akshay is friendly and guided us well on the plan for nearby visits. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

The hosts are trying their best to make you feel at home and to cater for your requests. However please be advised that
Pros:

Very warm decoration, good location and extremely welcoming and dedicated hosts.

Cons:

The smell in the room was a very unpleasant smell of sweat and the Air Conditioner did not work. Unfortunately there was no WiFi. The house is next to the main road which makes it easy to travel from there. However, the hooting that you escape from Mumbai from is just there in front of the accomodation.
