Camera spaziosa. Eravamo in due e avevamo due matrimoniali in camera. Posizione ottima, 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza centrale.
In camera c’erano molte zanzare, per fortuna era presente in camera la racchetta per ucciderle.

The description said the room would have a balcony but in reality it didn't.
The place was nice, good bang for the buck. Only thing is the AC (heating) wasn’t working until sometime during the night, so we spent the night cold

Super friendly couple owners and a staff helped my trip around Ha Giang loop. They offer rental motorbikes and introduce best driver. Room is clean and comfortable.
Super new, modern and clean hotel. AC worked well, location great, staff friendly. Was extremely pleased with our stay.
Due to the design, it can be quite loud, as the stair layout means you can hear noise from all other floors. Rooms could benefit from a mini fridge.

• Beds - very comfortable
• Comfort room - I’m sensitive about bathrooms but I was impressed here. It was clean! There are also extra toothbrush, soaps, shampoos and tissues you can use. And oh it has hot shower!
• Room is air conditioned, has electric fan, has cabinet where you can store your luggage and stuffs, a table, a chair, blower, tea, electric kettle, bottled water, there’s also refill, and other things you may need

• Let’s not forget how kind and helpful the OWNER and the STAFFS. There might be a language barrier but they try their best to to help and they have been really very helpful. They call drivers for you, guide you, walk you out if you’re lost, drive you, etc.

Our room with 2 queen beds was spacious and clean with a nice view of the city and mountains from the small balcony.
Bit of a language barrier with the staff even with Google Translate but that’s to be expected and was still a positive experience!
Nice new hotel with new furnishings and linens, very clean and well set up. Could park our bikes securely. Shower pressure good and plenty of hot water.
Slight mix up with booking and type of room. Have a suspicion they advertise more rooms with a balcony than they actually have. Was resolved at the time and wasn’t an issue.
