Buena ubicación en plana Gran Vía
Limpio, cómodo y armario muy amplio
Respecto al exterior está bien aislado. Respecto al pasillo y habitación contigua algo menos

Viajo mucho y este ha sido el lugar mas especial para mi ,cuidado hasta el mas minimo detalle , ha sido un lujo poder disfrutar de las instalaciones , todo muy limpio , el trato exquisito tanto de la anfitriona como el de la chica de la limpieza , la cama super comoda , he ido con una amiga y nos hemos sentido reinas , situado cerca de todo el centro , tiendas , restaurantes , nos ha dado pena volvernos a casa , este va a ser uno de mis alojamientos favoritos .

Everything looks new and fancy, the lighting is really nice. The location is perfect, walking distance from majority of landmarks. There’s a place for bikes in the building if you rent them. There are 2 bathrooms so there’s enough space for everyone, if people are considerate.
About the sockets, I believe there’s a safety lock on all of them, so you need to push your charger straight and at the same time to work properly.
It could be a little cleaner, because for that amount of people, it’s necessary for the place to be maintained frequently.
The communication with the host about certain questions that I had was a bit slow.
And there should be a sign on the “apartment door” so that guests can recognize which door to open, that was confusing for a lot of people and we helped many guests to reach the apartment. 😄
All in all, I wouldn’t give it a bad review, just advice.
Good value for money
Everything was ok
The location was very good. And the check-in/check out process was easy.

I liked how quiet was and clean also! The terrace was okay, there was construction behind us, but although it was really good! The beds were comfortable and the room we stayed in ( room 2) was really cozy! I recommend for the location.
People were stealing things from the fridge! For each room you are staying in , there is a space in the fridge and somebody kept stealing food from us.
