Pros:

Очень внимательный и отзывчивый персонал. Здесь тебе рады, как родному. Чистота. Удобные лестницы в бассейн и спуск в воду для инвалидов. В апреле есть шоу программы и весёлая дневная анимация, вручают дипломы и медали. Поздравление именинников. Разнообразные и вкусные блюда в ресторане. Свежевыжатые соки апельсиновый, морковный, свекольный, огурец. Безглютеновая еда. На завтрак семга и яйцо пашот. Часто морепродукты. Ежедневно пополняется минибар в номере.

Pros:

Отель превзошёл все ожидания! Очень уютная территория, шикарное море и невероятно доброжелательный персонал. Чувствуется высокий уровень сервиса — сотрудники всегда готовы помочь и делают это искренне.

Питание разнообразное и качественное, каждый день что-то новое. Номера чистые, современные, уборка на уровне. Атмосфера спокойная, без лишней суеты — идеально для отдыха.

Однозначно один из лучших отелей в Кемере, куда хочется вернуться.

Очень хороший отель. Высокий уровнь сервиса. Вкусное питание.
Pros:

Отдыхаем в Akra Kemer уже не первый раз — и снова всё на высшем уровне. Отличное питание, ухоженная территория, комфортные номера и очень тёплая атмосфера.

Отдельное спасибо персоналу — именно благодаря им хочется возвращаться снова и снова. Это тот случай, когда отель держит высокий уровень годами.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Excellent accueil avec de nombreuses infrastructures. La formule tout inclus est top.
Bien entretenu et confortable.
Merci à Habid à l’accueil pour sa gentillesse.

Cons:

Hôtel un peu trop « gros » mais hors saison donc peu de monde!

The best value hotel I have ever stayed in.
Pros:

This hotel is exceptional. Everything was fantastic about the stay, we were not expecting such a good experience. The staff were very professional and very competent. The food was first class,.... the best fried chicken I have ever tasted! Facilities were excellent, loved having an indoor pool to get some swimming in even when it was chilly outside. The entertainment in the bar in the evening was great. The room was bright and clean. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this experience apart from I wish we'd stayed longer!

Nothing, it was a perfect stay.

İyi başlayıp hayal kırıklığıyla bitti.
Pros:

Kahvaltıda kahve kalitesizdi. Yiyecek çeşitliliği iyi sayılır. Temiz hazırlanmıştı. Masa düzeni iyi değildi.Seçilen Salonun şeklinden kaynaklanıyor.

Cons:

Odalardaki yataklar çok sertti. Camlarda sinek teli yoktu. Bu nedenle oldukça sıkıntı çektim. Çünkü küçük sinekler ısırdığında allerjik reaksiyon yaşıyorum. Banyo giderleri suyu geç tahliye ediyordu. Saç kurutma makinesi ilk kullanmak istediğimde bozuktu. Bir süre sonra Tamir ettiler. Oda zeminleri çok iyi temizlenmemişti. Yatak altları toz içindeydi.

I really liked the food at the buffet, amazing choices and in particular the focus on Turkish food is great 🙌🏼

The spa team is extremely friendly and the messages were super nice! They were also very sweet with our son at all times.

There is one waiter that I would like mention because he also stood out which was Doghan!

The pool area is nice and clean, the beach is nice and some facilities are modern (but not everything).

The price is very fair for all the things you get! So I still recommend it.

I cannot comment on the a la carte restaurants or any activities. Even though the staff seemed friendly.

They have great stuff for kids and a nice playground, but everything needs a bit of cleaning and upgrading. But for the kids it's fine!

Cons:

The rooms are rather old-school and definitely need an upgrade to something more modern.
Our room was also extremely noisy and there was no option to get a similar room with less noise. They play music inside untill late and it was not great with our small kid to fall asleep.

The indoor pool is a bit cold for kids (28 degrees) which is sad in spring, because it's the only option to swim.

The staff at the reception and at the restaurant is not unfriendly, but also not super helpful or forthcoming (fine though).

Очень хороший отель, прекрасная концепция Ultra All Inclusive, небольшая, но уютная территория, шикарное море. Персонал заслуживает отдельного внимания, внимательный, дружелюбный, приветливый, всегда идут на встречу, стараются помочь в любом вопросе. Говорят по-русски, так что проблем не будет. Бесплатно подняли категорию номера, дали с балконом и боковым видом на море и горы. Также продлили при выезде на 2 часа без доплат.
Питание отличное, всего много, все вкусное. Классный ресторан Шафран, где можно приятно пообедать в спокойной атмосфере. Аниматоры классные.

Хороший отдых в Кемере
Pros:

Чистота и комфорт, подогреваемый бассейн на улице с водными горками, спа-зона, вкусная еда, красивая территория

Cons:

В обед выбор еды меньше, чем на ужин.
Почему-то анимация такая, как караоке и викторина, проводилась в баре с ограничением по возрасту 16+. Мини-клуб для детей постарше уже неинтересен, а другой вечерней семейной анимации, к сожалению, не было. Мы были в других отелях, где такая анимация была доступна для всех.
