Pros:

Завтрак отменный! Понравился отель и его месторасположение. При бронировании было указано, что будет в номере бутылка вина. Бутылки с вином не было)))

Otelde güzel olan şeyler de vardı ama yaşadığımız olumsuz yönler güzel olanları gölgeledi. Otelden çok mutlu olarak ayrı
Pros:

Yeşilliğin ağaçların çok olmasını, denizin berraklığını, birçok yerde değişik oturma alanlarının bulunmasını, akşamları canlı müzik olmasını, çalışanların güler yüzlü ve çözüm odaklı olmasını beğendim.

Cons:

Diğer odaları bilemem ama kaldığımız oda çok eskiydi. Hem eşyalar hem de banyo fayansları, tuvalet, lavabo hepsi eskiydi tamamen yenilenmesi gerekiyor öyle bir otele hiç yakıştıramadım. Oda rutubette kokuyordu. Yastık, nevresim her yer nemliydi. Tavanda örümcekler ve örümcek ağları vardı. Sivrisinekte çok fazlaydı hatta odada da birkaç tane vardı. Yemeklerin büyük kısmını beğenmedim, lezzetli değillerdi. En çok ızgara köfteyi ve eti beğendim. Tatlılardan da sadece kakaolu puding güzeldi. Annem dalgalardan dolayı kıyıda ayağa kalkamadı çok su yuttu ben de kaldıramadım yardım için etrafıma bakındım, seslendim ama sahilin iki tarafında da cankurtaran yeri olmasına rağmen kimse bizi fark etmedi. Sonunda kızım bizi gördü, yardım etti her şey bittikten sonra cankurtaran geldi. Deniz özellikle öğleden sonra dalgalı oluyor. Denizde irili ufaklı çakıllar var o nedenle rahat girilebilmesi için bir yer yapmışlar ona tutunarak ayağımıza taşlar batmadan denize girebildik. Dibi görünüyor, çok berrak ama bazen geçen yatların, gemilerin bıraktığı pislikler kıyıya vuruyor ve deniz kirleniyor. Havuzların da çok temiz olduğunu söyleyemem.

Pros:

В этот отель приехал с семьей на 3 дня.
Заезжая на территорию, создалось ощущение как будто попал в лес из разных деревьев. Встретили на ресепшене с улыбающими лицами и обслужили вежливым тоном. Пока оформляли документы, предложили прохлаждающие напитки. За все время отдыха нам помогали администраторы Ayte Akylm, Akmaral. А также мы сделали резервацию беседки у моря, где нам очень понравилось обстановка и обслуживание. Выражаем благодарность девушке на ресепшн Ainur и обслуживающему персоналу.
Если на следующий год приеду в Турцию, обязательно остановимся в этом отеле.

Mini clubtaki tüm çalışanlar oğlumuz Urazla çok ilgilendiler. Hepsine çok tesekkurler. (Özellikle Nurul Hanım) Phaseliss Beach kısmında Yahya Bey( orayı resmen ayakta tutuyor) Blımberke tesekkür ederiz. Alacartlardan deniz alakartı(ücretli) keyifliydi ve lezzetliydi. Premium paket alınırsa Club Phaseliss ücretsiz oluyor ve keyifli alanı var. Doğası ve Denizi muhteşem. Müdür Servet Bey yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor. Spa ve Saunası yenilenmiş güzeldi. Havuzlar büyük geniş etkinlikler güzeldi.

Cons:

Premium müşterilerle ilgilenen Kazak olduğunu tahmin ettiğim bayanın müşteri ile iletişimi çok zayıf.( oraya Türk personel olması da şart)Soğuk su ya da bira içebilmek imkansız deluxe paket almamıza rağmen bu ürünler Phaselis beach dahil sıcaktı. Bar kısımlarında, restoran kısımlarında çok acemi personel var basit kokteylleri dahil bilmiyorlar. Anatolian ve Casa mexicana alakartları çok zayıf lezzet açısından.(gecen yıl çok daha iyiydi) Ana restoran kapalı alan yetersiz ve klimalar soğutmuyor. Ana restoran kırmızı et ürünleri genel olarak lezzetsizdi. 1932 nolu odada kaldık oda temizliği ve havlular da aksaklıklar oldu.

Listen to the sounds of nature during your vacation.

The landscaping is beautiful. The pine trees are wonderful. You can hear the sounds of nature. You don't waste time looking for an empty table. The food is delicious.

The sea is a bit choppy. The beach and pier could be improved.

Отдыхали в Marti Myra и остались очень довольны! Главная изюминка отеля — невероятно красивая, зеленая территория. Здесь много деревьев, цветов, тени, все очень ухожено, гулять по территории — одно удовольствие.

Отдельно хочется поблагодарить менеджера Айтум, а также девушек Камилу и Айкун. Спасибо вам за теплый прием, внимательное отношение к гостям и помощь в решении возникшей ситуации.

Cons:

Из минусов могу отметить, что номера уже заметно устарели и требуют обновления. Если в отеле проведут реновацию номерного фонда, он станет практически идеальным.

Pros:

This is our fourth stay at this hotel, which is the best proof of how much we enjoy being here. The hotel has a beautiful, very well-maintained property with plenty of greenery, creating a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere.

The service is of a very high standard: the staff are always polite, attentive, and ready to help. We would especially like to mention the hotel manager, AYTEN ERGIN. She does everything possible to ensure that every guest feels comfortable and has only positive experiences during their stay. Her professionalism, kindness, and sincere willingness to help deserve the highest praise.

Thank you to the entire hotel team for a wonderful vacation! We will be happy to return again and will gladly recommend this hotel to our friends and acquaintances.

Красивая Зелёная территория отеля, отличное чистое море

Cons:

Персонал так себе, можно сказать живёт своей жизнью, вроде работают а вроде нет, еда на четвёрочку постоянно очереди за едой особенно на гриле то же самое происходит из бара надо стоять по 10 минут чтобы пять напиток

Not "All" Inclussive. Basically only ONE available restaurant.
Pros:

Excellent swimming pools, direct access to the beach, nice entertainment team (water polo, beach volley, darts) and amfitheatre for shows, wonderful landscape and combination of green areas with hotel's architecture.

Cons:

1. Food and drinks quality. Focus on quantity.
2. Many unexpected extra charges: all a la carte restaurants, billiards, and other activities. The massage was too expensive (130 euros for 60 minutes massage).
3. We tried to extend our stay by 2 nights. They asked 900 euros for 2 adults+child.
4. Details: Definetely the "a la carte" restaurants needed a proper chef. The pasta at Phaselis was uneatable, the food at Anatolia was mostly the same as the buffet restaurant, even lower quality. There was only one type of white wine which was lower than average quality. The piñacolada was done with normal milk and was impossible to drink because piña + milk = cheese.
