Két kicsi gyermekkel mentünk emiatt szempont volt hogy az ő igényeiknek megfeleljen. Ennek megfelelt

Az ételek szerintem tökéletesen kielégítették az igényeket. Mindenki tudott találni olyat ami neki tetszett.
A szobák a helyszín az előadások mind mind teljesen rendben voltak.
A gyermek játszóház a medencék is minden igényt kielegitettek.

Cons:

A takarítás hagyott némi kivetnivalót maga után de összességében rendben volt. A Mini bár feltöltése 9 napon keresztül nem történt meg hiába kértük ez egy negatív pont viszont a család másik felének akik egy másik szobában voltak nekik folyamatosan töltötték.

Загальне враження дуже приємне, про персонал, про території і море. Красиві краєвиди.
Pros:

Дуже гарна зелена територія, багато тіні, старі хвойні дерева, дорога до пляжу завжди приємна.
Рятувальники Сулейман та Волган приділили багато часу дитині, що зробило особисто мій відпочинок, як мами, більш розслабленим. Приємні та уважні хлопці.
Також менеджери готелю Тофіг та Уля класно вирішували всі питання.
Коли всі лежаки були зайняті рушниками при 20 відсотках відпочиваючих на пляжі, нам запропонували провести день в окремому пляжному клубі, це було приємно)
Багато затишків і місць, де можна посидіти в затінку і просто розслабитись.

Cons:

Готель орієнтований, як виявилось, на російських туристів, у більшості російська музика, навіть на дитячих дискотеках, це не сподобалось. Хоча в готелі багато іноземців.
Також момент із курінням, особливо дратувало на пляжі і в ресторані. Хотілось би окремих зон для тих, хто палить і взагалі з цим не стикатись.

Очень понравилась территория, все утопает в зелени, так красиво! Просторно, есть где погулять. Номерной фонд уже устаревший, но хорошие матрасы и подушки, достаточно чисто, но это проблема в уборщице, мы не стали портить отдых и предъявлять претензии. Еда в ресторанах просто на 5+ очень все вкусно, обильно. Так же заполняемость отеля большая, и это видно на ужине, но днем все эти люди расходятся по большим просторам отеля и вообще не ощущается количество людей. Мы очень довольны отдыхом.

Слабая анимация и на всегда приветливый персонал.

Pros:

Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant war sehr gut und sehr abwechslungsreich. Auch als Vegetarier hat man viel Auswahl an Essen! Ich kann das Hauptrestaurant und den Foodcourt besonders zu Herzen legen. Die Dame, die frisch Gözleme zubereitet hat ist einfach ein Engel. Man wartet zwar etwas, aber die Gözleme sind einfach das Warten wert! Der Strand ist zwar kein reiner Sandstrand, sondern teilweise schon steinig, aber dafür war dieser nicht mit Liegen vollgestellt, sodass dieser ziemlich angenehm war.

Cons:

Punktabzüge gibt es für:
- Sauberkeit: leider war das Zimmer nicht so ganz sauber (dreckiger Zierkissen, Headboard vom Bett und Couchtisch nicht ganz sauber. Es scheint auch so, als wäre nicht sehr gründlich gestaubsaugt worden). Zuhause kann das zwar mal passieren, aber in einem Hotel, wo man mehrere tausend € bezahlt für die Woche (2 P), muss das nicht sein.
- A La Carte Restaurant: wir haben ein Tisch im asiatischen Restaurant reserviert und es wurde als A La carte Restaurant beworben. Was wir bekommen haben war eine DEUTLICH abgespecktere Version vom Buffet im unteren Stockwerk. Es war so bodenlos, dass wir nach 15 Minuten wieder gingen und uns dann unten ins Restaurant gesetzt haben. Und dann sind sie noch so frech, dass sie 1:1 die selben gebratenen Nudeln auch im Hauptrestaurant haben. Abgesehen davon, dass die Auswahl wirklich mickrig war im Asia Restaurant, war alles kalt. Nicht a la carte und wirklich nur 2-3 Gerichte wirklich asiatisch. Sushi gab es zwar, aber vegetarische nur in Gurke. Man hätte dieses Restaurant definitiv anders bewerben müssen. So wie es dargestellt wurde, haben wir uns deutlich besseres erwartet.
- Strandbar: die Strandbar hat so unglaublich laute Musik abgespielt ab 10 Uhr morgens, also da kann man überhaupt nicht von Entspannung sprechen. Ich kann verstehen, dass man etwas Entertainment bieten will, aber es muss definitiv nicht so laut sein, dass man am anderen Ende des Strandabschnittes noch was davon hören kann. Für mich das größte Problem an dem Hotel, denn ich hätte gerne das Rauschen des Meeres lieber gehört als irgendeine Musik (egal, ob ich diese selbst mochte oder nicht)

Big mistake
Pros:

The facility was big and beautiful. It had a lot of nature in it.

Tofig was the only one from guest relations who did his job and tried to help us. He also apologised for all the other workers.

Cons:

We got upgraded to a suite. The balcony was dirty when we arrived. And the cleaning service only changed the towels and did the bed and never cleaned anything else. The room was falling apart especially the furniture and the bathroom. And the worst part was we had power outage every day between two and six times. Also our door to the suite was broken like if someone tried to break in. This is unacceptable for a suite. For the power outage, I called reception every time to fix it. For the broken door the first time they did nothing the second time the technician came over to look at it and couldn’t do anything.

I went to guest relations to make a reservation for dinner at a restaurant. I asked for 20.30. They said okay but wrote down for the restaurant 19.30. As we came to the restaurant, they told us that we were too late. I went to guest relations and she started arguing with me that I told her 19.30. It is unacceptable behaviour of them. From the lady I didn’t even get a sorry.

The food was okay. It was kinda always always the same. And by the end of the week when a lot people arrive there wasn’t enough.

The reception didn’t know what their job exactly was. They always told us other information that the guest relations. Sometimes I had to call them twice because of the power outage . As we wanted to check out, we were the second in a queue and the lady took everyone before us and was rude to us. Our assumptions are that we are young travellers.

Pros:

Понравилось, что есть развлечения для детей. Очень удобный отель для семейного отдыха, большая зеленая территория. Девушка Гульзейнеп в детском отделе питания, приветливая и обоятельная.

Cons:

К сожалению уборка хромает, за все время пребывания ни разу не помыли душевую кабину, уборку пришлось заказать на 5-й день пребывания, но в итоге тоже уборка не состоялась.

Personeel en eten waren uitstekend, alleen het is best een oud hotel. Kan wel een update gebruiken.
Pros:

Ontbijt/eten was uitstekend, veel variatie en keus.

Cons:

De zitgedeelte binnen (met airco) is best klein voor zo’n groot hotel, duurde best lang voor je een tafel kon bemachtigen.

Great place for kids and fantastic off-season prices
Pros:

This is our 3rd time here with friends and family. We will be back for a 4th time.
Even though there are more luxurious resorts or better coves for swimming, I don't think you can beat the all around price-performance ratio: First, the landscape is more lush than pretty much anywhere else around. It has a tropical feel, just walking around will make you happy. If you decide to swim, the mountains provide a great view, especially in the morning light. The food is plenty and consistently good. I don't mean that everything is good, but every meal there are several dishes that are excellent. When the hotel is full, the dining area feels crowded, but at other times there is plenty space to spread out to.
Last but not least, ever since our first visit, the staff has been tremendous. I would like to specifically mention Ayten Hanım at the front desk, who always helps us with our complicated room arrangements, and Karanfil Hanım from the wait staff. Also the spa and kindergarden staff is lovely. It's a great place for kids in general.
Note: We always come in late May, early June. Late September would be an even better time. Lower prices, less crowds, better weather, less bugs, and the sea is warm enough. I have not experienced high season here.

Cons:

I'm a light sleeper so my complaints are noise related. The room doors are too loud. There is no way to leave or enter the room without waking up people. A much easier fix is for the chairs on the balconies: They definitely need furniture pads. Also, water sports boats sometimes play loud music that echoes in the whole bay. Nobody needs techno on the beach in the morning. This is not that kinda crowd anyway. The beach area should be calm. Ban the boat music.

Overall, my stay at Marti Myra was enjoyable and relaxing
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Marti Myra. The daily entertainment in the evenings and the variety of daytime activities kept things fun and engaging throughout my trip. The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by mature trees that add a natural charm and provide plenty of shade and tranquility. The free Wi-Fi available throughout the property was very convenient and made it easy to stay connected. One of the highlights for me was the presence of many cats around the property. The grounds were well maintained, and everything felt clean and cared for. The staff were also great helpful, professional, and always approachable.

Cons:

While I enjoyed many aspects of my stay, there were a few things that could be improved. The food, although decent, was quite repetitive and lacked variety from day to day. It would have been nice to see more diverse options throughout the week.

One major downside was the entertainment manager. His behavior toward the performers came across as rude and disrespectful, which was uncomfortable to witness. He also seemed to think he was funnier than he actually was, which sometimes made the shows feel awkward rather than enjoyable.

The alcohol selection was very limited, which was a bit disappointing, especially for an ULTRA all-inclusive experience. Additionally, the à la carte restaurants weren’t available for short stays or came with extra charges
