Very friendly :Ms Eda /front desk, Mr Durmuş / guest relations, Mr Yahya at Club Phaselis and Ms Solan at the lounge, great job guys, congrats. Very professional. Nice green areas, beach and sea well equipped and maintained. All inclusive including hard alcohol. Delicious Turkish food. Lots of options. Yoga, Team sports, diving, private yacht tour, everyday for 3 hours, live entertainment in the evening.
Hygiene is a big issue in this facility. Garbage all over the complex. The housekeeping staff is very loud and noisy. Kitchen staff especially the flatbread chef coughing on the food. This holiday village needs upgrades especially the drainage system, very bad smell in the rooms and in the spa.
The food variety is adequate, and the hotel's natural surroundings are wonderful. The fact that all the rooms and some of the pools are under the shade of trees is the main reason we chose this place. We will definitely come back again.
This was our second visit here. Because it was before the summer season, there was a shortage of staff and some disruptions occurred. I'm sure these issues will be resolved, but the main problem is that there are no smoking restrictions anywhere outdoors. Smoking is constant around the children's pool area, the amphitheater, and the open food court area. We were constantly forced to flee with our child. Also, dog owners put their dogs on the tables and feed them with forks. Other customers then eat at those tables. It's not hygienic at all. We really love this facility, but these two issues absolutely need to be fixed.
Hotel officials contacted us during check-out and afterwards and said they would take very serious measures regarding all the problems.

The line for getting meat/fish at dinner was too long so I ended up avoiding it and ate only pre-cooked items.
Прекрасный в хорошем смысле СТАРЫЙ отель. Открылся аж в 1967 году. Прекрасная огромная территория - сосновый лес, парк, все очень хорошо сделано и ухожено. Много бассейнов, есть и горки, и подогрев. Хороший пляж, песок. Но вход в море, прибойная зона - крупные булыжники, без коралловых тапок не зайти. Пляж просторный, полный порядок, море реально чистое.
Просторные номера с видом на парк. Хорошая (хоть и не новая) мебель, свежий качественный матрас, очень качественное постельное белье. К уборке вопросов нет, все как должно быть. В номерах тихо. Вся анимация вынесена к морю.
Отдельный плюс - кухня. Кухня прекрасно поставлена, широкий ассортимент блюд. Для тех, кто понимает - есть прекрасные турецкие специалитеты: разнообразные овощные блюда, много мяса на открытом огне, безупречные турецкие сладости. Фруктов много, разные. Есть для интереса уголок итальянской кухни, пицца, блюда индийской кухни. ALL INCLUSIVE - работает 24/24. Всегда есть и где выпить, и чем закусить вкусным.
В отеле достаточно много приятных турецких клиентов - людей очень небедных (судя по машинам дорогих европейских марок) и очень европейских в коммуникации. Никто на европейских женщин в стрингах не таращится, хотя турчанки могут носить и мусульманские купальники. В целом - очень спокойная и толерантная атмосфера. Молодежи до 30, даже до 35, практически нет. Много взрослых пар с детьми.
При очень хорошем состоянии отеля в целом - совершенно удручающим является состояние инженерной сантехники. Краны, души, шланги, душевые кабины - такое впечатление, что работают с 1967 года... Надо отдать должное, реконструкция инженерных систем ведется целыми корпусами. Но если в вашем корпусе замена сантехники не прошла - будьте готовы к сюрпризам. При любых претензиях - без споров меняют номер. Но ушатанных санузлов пока очень много.
Очень странная ситуация с вином. Скорее всего политическая или религиозная, ибо коммерчески разумно объяснить ситуацию невозможно. Есть в изобилии достаточно хороший и местный, и международный КРЕПКИЙ алкоголь. Но имеющееся вино - турецкая дешевка. Формально претензию предъявить невозможно, ибо продукт качественный. Но на вкус ужасный. Самое удивительное - что то же самое пойло дают и для Ultra All Inclusive в специальном Exclusive салоне-баре.
В Турции производится масса очень хороших вин, реально уровня Франции или Италии. Но в данном отеле их невозможно найти даже за деньги. И импортных вин тоже нет. Виски, ром при этом - лучшие марки.
Отдых в отеле Marti Myra (Текирова) с 22 мая по 29 июня оставил у нас самые приятные впечатления.
Мы выражаем искреннюю благодарность менеджеру по работе с гостями,Акторгын,за внимательное отношение и высокий профессионализм. Уже в первый день нашего пребывания нам подробно рассказала об инфраструктуре отеля, показала основные объекты и достопримечательности территории, ознакомила с программой мероприятий.Каждый день мы получали смс с инфо о мероприятиях в отеле. Единственное, что огорчало, так это уборка номера и небрежное обслуживание барменов в лобби и на пляже.

From the moment we entered the place everything was amazing. Ms Ayten at the check in was great, very friendly and accommodating. Everyone was very attentive and helpful at every point. Room is very comfortable and clean. The food is amazing, we have stayed in some other all inclusive hotels in the area and this was by far the best buffet. Cocktails are great, nothing is watered down or tasting too syrupy. Just a great bartender at the bar making tasty cocktails. He even made us something off the menu which was very tasty. Also shout out to the kitchen staff as I had to freeze my medicine container's ice packs and he did everything he could to make it happen.
Big bonus was whole staff was respectful towards the stray cats around which is incredible.
В этот отель приезжаем уже второй раз, очень нравится расположение. Горы+сосны+море, это просто идеально. Дышится легко и пахнет соснами, спокойная атмосфера, можно гулять с колясочкой и наслаждаться природой. В этом году дочке 2,5 года и очень оценили пространство для детей (много игрушек, горок, машинок и ещё мероприятия для малышей + мини зоопарк и много котиков на территории). Еда тоже отличная в том числе и для малышей, утром есть каши, днём и вечером супы. Особо хочется отметить утреннюю рассылку с мероприятиями, очень удобно и по любым вопросам можно написать напрямую дружелюбному менеджеру (у нас была Жайна). Одним словом нам очень понравилось, приедем ещё. 😌

We have really enjoyed our stay at Marti Myra. The hotel is very well built and maintained, the territory is very green which is why we chose this hotel. The food was great and varied throughout our stay, there were a lot of cool spots activities and overall it was a wonderful place for a holiday. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating with everything. I want to particularly thank Jaina that was in touch with us throughout the stay and quickly and efficiently helped with every request we have had.
В отеле красивая и большая ухоженная территория. Есть подогреваемый бассейн для взрослых и детей, вода+30. Спасибо персоналу на рецепшен, все внимательные, на нашу просьбу продлить номер на пару часов- пошли нам на встречу. В этом отеле уютный каждый уголок. Питание как и во всех турецких отелях, разнообразие.Вернемся еще!
