Passez votre chemin pour ne pas gâcher vos vacances

Le sourire de nôtre Hôte que j'espère était sincère.

Nous avons réservé une chambre familiale Twin beds de 60 m2 avec balcon et plein d'équipements. En arrivant on nous a attribué une petite chambre avec 1 lit sans les équipements indiqués sur booking.
Devant notre protestation on nous a changé dans une autre avec 2 lits mais toujours petite sans balcon et sans les équipements indiqués. L'hôte nous a informé que si on ne voulait toujours pas de cette chambre on peut annuler mais on doit payer la nuit ( on est arrivé aux environs de 15h).
Bref on s’est fait arnaqué avec le sourire .

Value for price and the staff/hosts of the facility. They are amazing and push the extra mile to make everything comfortable for us! They even kindly prepared a take away breakfast for us as we were leaving the structure very early in the morning.

Cons:

We didn't stay in the homestay as it was being renovated, so they moved us (and upgraded our room ) to a different structure (the motel)

Pros:

Sora was absolutely amazing - she arranged trips for me both days, and was always on hand for local tips and advice. I was there for 3 breakfasts - I had a different one each time and they were all great. They also have a bike that can be used - I cycled to visit a couple of the Cham villages.

Pros:

Le personnel de l'accueil était vraiment tres sympathique. L'hôtel est très bien passé et permet d'aller très facilement en ville à pied tout en restant au calme. Garage souterrain pour la moto

Cons:

J'avais la chambre du rez-de-chaussée et impossible de faire la grâce matinée car dès six heures du matin il y a du bruit.

Excellent property at a budget price
Pros:

The staff were brilliant and went out of their way to be helpful. Packed us breakfast and lunch for our ferry to Phnom Penh.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. Except maybe a little out of the western cafes but that didn't worry us

Excellent accueil. Sora ( la personne responsable) est aux petits soins avec nous : a effectué nos réservations pour le speed boat pour Phnom Penh, commande le taxi pour le matin, s'occupe de la location du scooter. Nous a même offert un pique nique / petit déjeuner pour le voyage . Bouteilles d'eau gratuites,
Lits confortables et climatisation fonctionne bien.
Plein de commerces à proximité, mais calme la nuit.
Un excellent choix et un super rapport qualité/prix.

Bon séjour à Chau Doc
Pros:

- chambre spacieuse, propre, et literie très confortable
- l’emplacement : calme mais avec toutes les commodités autour
- l’organisation de notre transfert au Cambodge et de notre journée activités

Cons:

- la communication : plusieurs messages restés sans réponse ou nous avons mis du temps à avoir des réponses. Mais tout s’est bien déroulé quand même.

Excellent séjour !
Pros:

Super accueil de la gérante Sora, qui a aussi été d'une grande aide pour réserver un transport, acheter une carte sim, etc. Très bon petit déj, et chambre (ainsi que salle de douche) hyper confortable, probablement la meilleure de tout notre voyage d'un mois au Vietnam, avec un lit et des oreillers confortables et de l'espace ! Je reviendrais sans hésiter :)
