trải nghiệm khi ở hotel rất tệ,
Pros:

bạn nhiên viên trẻ giúp tôi tìm chỗ đặt bánh kem, bạn ấy rất nhiệt tình

Cons:

Khách sạn không xứng đáng với giá tiền, cách âm kém, điều hòa cũ nên phòng rất nóng và khô, tôi đã bị ốm, bị viêm xoang vì điều hòa quá khô. Khách sạn thương mại nên rất biết bào tiền của khách, dù tôi đã đặt phòng trên booking họ vẫn nhắn tin riêng bắt tôi cọc 500.000vnd mới đồng ý giữ phòng cho tôi; khi tôi thanh toán thuê xe đã đàm phán và thanh toán xong nhưng sau đó họ lại đòi tôi thanh toán thêm 70.000vnd dù đã chốt giá; cơ sở vật chất cũng kém: chìa khóa hôm đầu tiên sử dụng đã bị gãy thẻ phòng, chúng tôi chủ quan không thông báo với nhân viên, khi trả phòng họ cho rằng chúng tôi cố tình bẻ gãy thẻ phòng và đòi bồi thường 50.000vnd, chiếc chìa khóa đã quá cũ nên chúng tôi từ chối và thể hiện rất bức xúc thì họ mới ngừng đòi tiền. Trong phòng KHÔNG CÓ TỦ LẠNH riêng nên rất bất tiện, tôi mua sầu riêng họ cũng không cho tôi mang lên phòng, bản thân tôi nghĩ là phòng tôi đã thuê rồi thì tôi có thể mang trái cây lên tùy thích miễn là tôi đảm bảo vệ sinh và không làm hỏng đồ đạc. KHÔNG NÊN ĐẶT PHÒNG Ở ĐÂY NHÉ MỌI NGƯỜI.
