Beautiful hotel that had everything I needed. Very clean & comfortable. Good hot water, elevator, coffee, tea & kettle in room. Short walk down to lake but a killer to walk back up. Mien Tay restaurant across the street serves delicious coffee & yummy pho at good prices. Another restaurant just down the hill for hotpots. Again good prices. Small balcony overlooking the street to watch all the activities in the morning, with motorcycle vendors selling fresh fruits & veggies as well as the famous Vietnamese sandwiches in fresh French inspired bread. The staff were very kind and helpful with booking a fabulous tour for me as well as my bus to Ho Chi Minh. I loved DaLat & would recommend this hotel when you visit.

Hotel was about 500-600m from the lake and about 5mins to walk to the market.
For the 3 nights that we stayed, housekeeping never washed the coffee cups that we used in the morning or refilled the coffee so we had to request from reception daily
No aircon
The location was perfect, the room was clean and the staff were accommodating.
No aircon but that was our fault for not checking properly before booking.

The location was very good and the room was basic but fine for its cost
The stuff did not speak English at all and was not rude but also not very kindly, late checkout cost 100,000 dong per hour for the 2 first hours after 12, from 14 to 17 it’s 50% from the room price and after 17 they charge another night, very expensive for usual late checkout and they was not flexible at all about it

Lovely clean room and very comfortable. Great to have a balcony too! Decent location and a lot of brilliant places were walkable. Do go to the maze bar nearby, it's brilliant and would be family friendly in the day/early evening.
Great location, excellent view of the lake. We were kindly upgraded by the hotel to a lake view room. Only stayed one night, no breakfast available but not a problem for us and plenty of cafes / street vendors around. Well located for central Da Lat, night market, lake etc.
No air conditioning in the room, not a massive issue as the temperature was ok but on a really hot day it would be uncomfortable at night.

No heater, towels were rough and no bath mat- slippery
