To use the hotel's free shuttle, call upon arrival at Appi-Kogen Train Station. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Lapind’or French Restaurant has a dress code. T-shirts, jeans, sandals and slippers are prohibited.

Modification on the number of guests must be made at least 2 days prior to the date of arrival. Please note that the property cannot accommodate any modifications after arrival.

Guests with children must inform the property at the time of booking. Please specify how many children will be staying and their respective ages in the special request box.

Children aged 0–3 years can stay free of charge.

Child beds are available upon request for an additional charge of JPY 6700 per bed, per night.

All shuttle services are subject to availability and must be arranged at least one day prior to arrival.

Children aged 4–6 years incur an additional charge of 30% of the child's accommodations fee per adult when using the existing beds.

子供の頃からの憧れのホテルに泊まれた。
Pros:

ゲレンデ直結のホテル。

Cons:

露天風呂が改修中だった事。

高層階を取ったが駐車場側であった為なんのために高い金出したかわからなかった。ちゃんと大事な所なので明示しておくべき。IHGから予約すべきだった、
(これはbooking.com側へのクレーム。)

Good place for beginners to practice skiing. Room is comfortable and restaurants are good.
Pros:

Room looks old and need some upgrade. Bed is too soft.
Breakfast was good with good variety of Japanese and western, we enjoyed the milk and the fruit juices.
The sushi restaurant and Korean bbq served good food, though quite expensive.
We came to Appi for the long beginners slope and it did not disappoint. Able to practice our skiing on the green slopes.

Cons:

We arrived around 1pm and asked if we can have early check in. The staff said we need to pay 4000 yen. He said the room is ready but we need to pay to use it early. I think this is really unnecessary, so we just went to walk around the resort. Came back at 2pm to try to check in again. This time round it was another staff and he said we can check in from 2pm.

Luxury ski in ski out resort with everything
Pros:

Excellent location and facilities.
Can do everything within the resort. They have a shuttle bus to Lawson and the small village too and great bus service to Morioka station.

Cons:

Price is high and room was smaller than expected, but still overall 10/10.
Also outdoor onsen is broken

お部屋が綺麗。

Cons:

別邸の露天風呂までの行き方が分かりにくい。
