Excellent Location and caring staff
Nothing specially. Everything was substandard.
I was given a room that was undergoing renovation with lot of dust and unfinished works going around. Upon request a different room was granted which was slightly better than the previous.
Shower heads and taps were broken. Made a complaint to property. Told that it will be rectified but nothing happened during my 4 days stay.
Towels provided were all having rust from the handrails. Requested replacements, but nothing given.
None of the toiletries or the coffee amenities( tea bags, coffee, sugar , water) were replaced on a daily basis. If a request was provided someone may do it at some point of time.
Few of the Staffs were very unpolite . I was double charged for the breakfast Buffett during my checkout which was already included in my package. The staffs even don’t know how to talk to guests as they were coming to me in the midst of my breakfast and loudly utter “ Sir your breakfast is not free and you have to pay for it”. I looked like a dumbass infront of other guests. Even after showing my booking details , this show continued.
I have a lot more to write but I will avoid this place at any cost for my future trips.

nearest grocery stores are a half km away, but that is not the mistake of hotel, just an inconvenience
