Het hotel voelt als een mooi klein resort. Super voor kleine kinderen maar ook volwassenen.
Pros:

Prachtige beplanting en leuke inrichting. Gemoedelijke sfeer, zeker onder het personeel. Mooi zwembad met alle faciliteiten en overheerlijke buffetten.

Cons:

Ons appartement was bij een speeltuintje. Een keer per dag wordt daar door de animatie luid muziek gedraaid. Wel leuk als je daar met kleine kinderen bent natuurlijk.

Great staff in the restaurant and pool bar. Excellent cleaners and maintenance.
Pros:

Daily cleaning of the room was to a high standard, the food was excellent quality and my husband being celiac was not a problem as he found something every meal, the chef even cooked him gluten free pasta when requested and supplied him with gf bread and cakes at breakfast.

Cons:

Reception were unhelpful when we asked for a late checkout. We were flying out in the evening and asked for a late checkout til 5 which we would happily have paid for but were told 2pm was the latest due to cleaning of the room after. Having read others reviews it seems others were able to check out at 6pm so don’t understand why we were refused as there was still lots of room availability on booking.com and the hotel was clearly half empty. The only other thing is we had a private pool room and the pool wasn’t cleaned once during our 10 day stay. I also didn’t see any cleaning of the main pools

Hôtel agréable mais pas assez reposant car fréquenté majoritairement par des jeunes anglais
Pros:

L accueil très chaleureux et le dévouement du personnel d accueil pour faire en sorte que le séjour se passe bien, le petit déjeuner est très bon et varié

Cons:

Hôtel majoritairement occupé par de jeunes anglais et des familles avec enfants, beaucoup de bruit, j ai du dû changer deux fois de chambres à cause du voisinage bruyant (musique à fond) jusqu’a tard le soir, les murs ne sont pas épais. finalement été déplacé dans un espace plus calme de l hôtel et le séjour s est bien déroulé

Hormis les mauvais points, je recommande ce lieu et apprécierais grandement y retourner !

Cadre superbe avec magnifiques piscines et jardins bien décorés
Les chambres sont grandes avec une belle vue
Petit déjeuner très bon, complet et varié
Au top les activités et animations pour enfants
Personnel très chaleureux, disponible et facilitateur

Cons:

très mauvaise isolation ... Nous avons eu pendant toute la durée de notre séjour, des voisins ultra bruyants avec musique à fond tous les jours et nuits. Intervention du personnel à 2h du matin (uniquement suite à ma plainte)... Manque de contrôle du personnel pendant la nuit à minima.
La cuisine pourrait être mieux équipée (manque huile, vinaigre, sel et poivre)
Le canapé lit et oreillers ne sont pas hyper confortables

Absolument à refair
Pros:

Tout était parfait ! TOUT !
L’accueil , le staff , le buffet changer à chaque repas , animations , propreté ! Je n’ai jamais vu un hôtel aussi bien tenus et avec un standing aussi bien réel !

Cons:

Séjours trop court !!!
