Pros:

Todo estuvo perfecto, la habitación, la comida, el personal en general súper amables.

Cons:

La piscina es un poco pequeña para tantos clientes y encima permiten entrar colchonetas y pelotas.
Al ser el espacio un poco reducido no deberían permitir entrar colchonetas y eso que yo he ido con mis dos hijas pequeñas

La limpieza , la cama súper incómoda te acostabas y te hundía de la parte de arriba , las almohadas súper sucias todas amarillas y con manchas solo una funda por arriba para tapar la suciedad, espejos ,teles , cristales, todo rebozado y suciedad, la cocina sin Comentarios los sartenes tenía vida propia grasa incorporada lista pa freír , calderos cajones bueno fatal la limpieza por no seguir con más ,

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms are extremely comfortable, and the hotel grounds are beautifully kept, green, and very pleasant to walk around.
A special mention goes to the restaurant — the food and the service were outstanding!

Pros:

Отличный персонал, приветливый. Питания просто супер, все очень вкусно и большой выбор. Хороший бассейн. В номере был персональный бассейн, с подогревом, что не могло не радовать, очень комфортно, номер 2х этажный, очень уютный, удобные кровати. Спасибо, обязательно вернемся именно в этот отель

Nos encantó todo, el personal super amable y atentos. Zonas comunes preciosas, muy limpias y con buenas instalaciones. Parque para los más peques, piscina amplia, zona de recreativos, GYM y Spa (estos dos últimos servicios no lo utilizamos). El restaurante tuvimos menú buffet desayuno y cena, para mi todo muy rico.
La habitación era súper amplia, y bastante luminosa. Teníamos una habitación con dos camas juntas y un sofá cama, la primera noche nos quedamos dormidos en el sofá cama con nuestra peque de 3 años y toda la estancia hemos dormido en él ya que nos pareció super cómodo.
Nuestra estancia de 10. Zona muy tranquila, y fácil aparcamiento.

Way beyond what we expected, in the best way.
Pros:

The rooms were decorated beautifully and the whole layout was great. Our room we seconds from the pool but in your room you couldn't hear a thing. The staff were fantastic throughout.

Cons:

Honestly, I can't even say anything that bad.... It was genuinely a brilliant experience for us... And we met some great lads from Middlesborough too.

Only thing was the fact we couldn't play our speaker at the pool. It definitely needed music around it.

Pros:

The resort looks much smaller in reality, rather than the photos here, but it’s clean and very green. Beds and pillows were comfortable, food was decent. Pool needs a touch, but water was warm and clean. Great place for families

Cons:

The biggest problem was that right next to the complex, they are building a Mall. On the left side of the complex, from 08:45 until 16h they were breaking the ground. Not only the noise was unbearable, we could feel the vibrations. I wouldn’t come back unless that building is finished.
The girls from the animation were trying their best but there was simply no space for the mini disco. There would be like 8-10 kids and zero space to do the dancing and play. And each day it would be the same songs, same dances. That was a bit boring.
We watched 5 nights the shows and the worse was the Flamenco one, which was unexpected, since being in Spain.
As most places , people kept leaving their towels and clothes to reserve sun beds, but we didn’t stay much outside the pool, so we couldn’t care less.
We would be happy to go back, when the building site next is completed

Pros:

Очень понравился отель! Номера-виллы очень просторные и комфортные! Супер терраса с лежаками! В домике есть все необходимое, полноценная кухня. Большая зеленая территория, очень вкусная еда, отличная детская анимация, очень понравилось наличие питьевой воды в нескольких местах на территории. Есть мини маркет. Я бы с удовольствием еще сюда вернулась!
