Pros:

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. What surprised us the most was that the place looked even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back again!

Great stay with children, excellent food
Pros:

Staff were fantastic, very attentive and friendly. It was my mom’s birthday during our stay and they gave her a little surprise which was extremely sweet. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all excellent with great choices of dishes. We especially enjoyed the exotic themed dinner. Overall, great place to stay with children.

Cons:

The mattresses weren’t very comfortable.

Family friendly resort with great amenities, friendly staff, and spacious rooms/villas.
Pros:

Food all day long and evening shows are great and good value for money. Staff are super friendly, helpful, and fun. Location is great for families and is within close proximity to the ocean. Loved our stay there for the second year in a row.

Cons:

We enjoyed everything and have no negatives to share.

Schönes Retreat um zu entspannen und sich verwöhnen zu lassen.
Pros:

wir hatten als ALL Inklusive Paket und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Hier erwartet Dich ein ausgewähltes und sehr gut sortiertes Buffet in hoher Qualität.

Cons:

Der Pool in unserer Suite war nicht ganz so sauber und könnte vielleicht auch etwas renoviert werden. Aber alles in allem war es sehr schön.

Pros:

It’s one of the best place to stay. The entire territory is carefully taken care of and you feel it. Rooms were cleaned every day. The stuff made it for us one if the best stays ever. We used all facilities they have starting with a gym with a nice view, yeah you read it right, finishing spa and food in the hotel. It wasn’t one of those lame breakfast you might have. You could chose out of plenty options and all of them very delicious. If you want to rent a car they will bring it right to a hotel. And I recommend you to do so since taxi is bit to pricy. Surfing schools nearby and basically all you need is in the area but neighborhood itself is quite.

Lovely patio. And the stuff who work there feels like it’s people who really live their job since they do it and communicate it with sparkling ice which also was a part of great experience for us


If you don’t like family hotels with kids or family place then it’s not your first option. Also if you’re looking for a live area with cafes or party are then this little paradise isn’t for u.

Pros:

Всё понравилось и номер и чистота и очень ухоженная территория отеля, кроме некоторых моментов.

Cons:

Вода в бассейне не подогеваемая. Во время завтрака постоянно не хватало обычного йогурта и на столах нет соли, зато перца хоть отбавляй. Отель был заполнен в основном семьями с маленькими детьми и поэтому все мероприятия днём и вечером направлены только на эту публику.

Pros:

The resort it'self it is very nice and very well looked after,the gardens,the plants the layout of the buildings etc.,everything has a huge potential.

Cons:

1-The level of cleaning in the suits/rooms is way under the standards(spider cobs,little insects all around in the kitchen/room,toilet seat disgusting,i was shocked when i went in the bathroom) i can provide video if needed.
2-The shower is very bad,low pressure and long wait for warm water also some rusty soap support etc.
3-The resort it feels like is under staff,especially in the morning at the restaurant,the staff is running around desperatley trying to do their best,as a result the quality of the service is low.
4-Low level of english
5-Lack of management available if needed
6-We were aware is a child friendly location,but it was on the high side,out room was close to the playgrand,kids playing in front of our balcony at 7am same in the evening or crying night time etc. Is not the best place for resting that s for sure,in genera there are l babies/kids everywhere crying,shouting,screaming,coughing etc. This is a place for family with babies/kids,not for couple without kids.
5-We had the breakfast included,is not the worst but by far not the best,we expected a better quality and more diverse for a 200€/night hotel, everyday day same breakfast,just 1 type of chese ,fruits from the can and very bad coffe are just few examples...
