An excellent spa complex and very good wine. We had a wonderful time. The staff are very friendly—at the spa, at the reception, and in the restaurant, everyone is welcoming and helpful. It feels like you’ve arrived at a big family where everyone is happy to see each other.

The spa complex deserves a special mention. It’s a wonderful place where you can forget about time and truly relax—quiet and peaceful. The herbal sauna and eucalyptus steam room are especially great.

In the restaurant, all the food is well prepared using high-quality, fresh ingredients, although many dishes are a bit too salty. The wine is also good, and you can buy it at the reception to take with you.

The breakfasts at the hotel are tasty as well. Omelets or pancakes are prepared right in front of you and served hot.

The room is comfortable and quiet, with cozy beds. The only downside is that there was occasionally an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain

Изключително чисто. В стаята има всичко, което може да е нужно за престоя на човек. Има и оставени комплименти - плодове и водичка за всеки от гостите.
СПА-то също е страхотно. Хареса ни, че освен кърпата за сауна, дават и още една хавлия. Вечерята беше вкусна. Закуската е достатъчно разннооразна. Хареса ни, че на момента (по желание) могат да ти приготвят пред теб палачинки, омлети, бъркани яйца.
Персоналът е много вежлив. Специални комплименти за момчето на рецепция! Благодарим за вниманието на всички! Именно вниманието ни направи най-силно добро впечатление.

Чудесен
Pros:

Много приятен хотел. Момчето на рецепция беше много любезно, камериерката също. Беше изключително чисто. Нямахме достатъчно време да хапнем в ресторанта. Закуската беше добра, особено палачинките, които правят на момента. Стаята ни беше доста просторна. Единствено имаше някой захабени части на банята, но това е козметичен проблем. Изключително поддържан хотал и направен с вкус, дори да има нещо поостаряло. Спато също беше приятно: един много топъл басейн, един леко топъл, джакузи, парна баня, солна сауна и финландска сауна, зона за релакс. Ползвах само солната сауна, зоната за релакс и леко топлия басейн - бяха приятни. През почивните дни определено става малко пренаселено в спа центъра. В Сливен има доста инересни обекти, които може да се посетят и нашата цел беше това, не спато. :)
