the staff are very friendly, accomodating and professional. the place is okay, baha lang ang area but the place is pretty decent with free drink upstairs pa. with kitchen, utensils, pots ams pans, pool table, hang out areas (yes po, madami) and properly maintained ang lugar. you can bring your food, may water dispenser naman din sila. pwede ding magpa-deliver

nung lumabas lang kami to buy sa labas, we have to walk at iniwan na ang sasakyan, the whole area is baha and mejj malumot sa gilid. ingtat baka madulas lang pero the place itself is excellent

DISASTROUS !!!! HAVING THAT ALL NIGHT LONG karaoke - WE COULD NOT SLEEP
Pros:

The facility had overnight karaoke - a form of entertainment, offered typically by bars and clubs, in which people take turns to sing popular songs into a microphone over pre-recorded backing tracks: ALL NIGHT LONG. WE COULD NOT SLEEP AT ALL. I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE WHAT HAS HAPPENED WHICH WERE TAKEN AT 3:30 AM. WE DEMAND FULL REFUND.

Cons:

We were awakened by loud singing of Karaoke - a form of entertainment, offered typically by bars and clubs, in which people take turns to sing popular songs into a microphone over pre-recorded backing tracks at 12:48 midnight. After 3 hours of trying to sleep through the noise, we finally got out of bed at 3:48 am and checked where the noise was coming from. It was a group of another guest who told us that the 24/7 karaoke amenity is offered by the hotel.

We were not informed by Bookings.com nor by the facility when we checked in. They should have not accepted our reservation if they were having a group (of about 7 people) staying in the facility on the same night. This is a lie by omission.

If you do not want to rent the whole place since there are only 2 of you, run away from this place. It is not worth it.

The place is clean...its very welcoming also the staff are polite and very respectfull ...will book again soon..

Cons:

Pls indicate to the page that the resort had stairs so they can know if its accessible to our lovely senior citizens but overall the resort is very good
