Personale gentilissimo in particolare Bayram e Oscar molto attenti e prodighi di consigli…. La prima sera siamo arrivati alle 20:30 dopo un bel viaggio in auto e Bayram ci ha fatti portare cena in camera da il ristorante lì vicino …. Ottimo servizio La colazione ti viene portata al tavolo e vengono offerte molte cose in particolare salati ma ci sono anche alcune cose dolci, non molte ma ci sono. La camera era una cave, quindi con tutti i lati positivi e negativi… bellissimo giardino e la mattina si vedono le mongolfiere partite direttamente dalla camera, sembra di toccarle con le mani

Ovviamente alcune pecche ci sono tipiche la camera non viene rifatta anche se ti chiedono se vuoi che venga pulita, anche se dici di sì ti vengono cambiati gli asciugamani e poco altro….. sicuramente non c’è molta luce nella camera forse sarebbe meglio metterla un pò più forte

El personal muy atento y servicial. Destacaría la tranquilidad del hotel, ni un ruido y con buen acceso a carretera y parking en la entrada. Las habitaciones muy amplias. El desayuno excepcional. Las excursiones que ofrecen a precios razonables.

Highly recommend and would definitely come back again
Pros:

The property feels well homely not located in the central so its very peaceful and quiet. The view of the hot air balloon is stunning and you have some good restaurants around as well to walk and explore. Bayram was super helpful and also packed a sandwich for us in the morning as we were checking out super early. The turkish breakfast was extremely good that we kept asking for more constantly.

Cons:

The only thing to improve would be that it would be nice to have some food options available for lunch and dinner in the property.

Fantastic hotel, very comfortable and close to viewing areas for Balloons

Fantastic location away from busy Goreme town area.
Plenty of good restaurants nearby
Accommodation was very comfortable with great ambiance
Location was close to great viewing spots for seeing the sun rise with the fabulous balloons

Una bellissima sorpresa
Pros:

Posizione strategica per esplorare le meraviglie della cappadocia a piedi. Cave hotel magnifico, curato, pulito, le camere grotta davvero particolari. Colazione eccellente, Staff attento, discreto e sempre disponibile in caso di necessità. Super Consigliato!

I highly recommend this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and treated like family. The hospitality was truly wonderful and made us feel right at home.

The room was beautiful and had such a unique atmosphere—it really felt like staying inside a cave. The bathroom was also absolutely beautiful and very well designed.

The location is great as well. Just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, you can reach a beautiful cave church and explore the charming surroundings. You can also enjoy views of the hot air balloons from the area, which makes the experience even more special.

Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cappadocia!

酒店的位置很容易找，环境和风景都很好，房间很安静，很有度假的氛围感～预定时候Bayram就提前在线上和我沟通接机等问题，他本人非常热情有礼貌，很专业也很有耐心，找他咨询事情也会很详细的介绍的很清楚。酒店二层露台很大，早上是可以看到热气球起飞的，这个季节入住的房间，小玻璃屋可以晒到早上的太阳，感觉太惬意了～早餐超级丰盛，餐厅也很干净，工作人员都很友好，服务也很赞～
