A great place that combines comfort, location, and an amazing sea view. Highly recommended for a stay in Batumi.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this sea view aparthotel in Batumi. The view from the balcony was stunning and made every morning special.

The apartment was clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent — very close to the beach, boulevard, and restaurants.

The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was smooth and easy.

There were frequent and prolonged power outages in the room. The parking turned out to be paid (about 15 euros per day), even though the description stated that parking was free. Check-in, parking, and the apartment are located in different places.
