ארוחת הבוקר אחלה למרות ששידרגנו והוספנו עוד כסף, עשינו מסאג והיה מעולה
המזגן לא כל כך עבד והקומקום בחדר לא הריח טוב, דרוש ניקוי
הכל היה נעים
היה חסר לנו שולחן אוכל לשבת
המיקום מדהים ונציגת הקבלה הייתה נעימה (אך לא טיפלה בבקשתינו)
ביקשנו בכוונה חדר עם מרפסת, ואיך שהגענו פניתי לצוות בבקשה לכיסאות שאינם רטובים ומלוכלכים ומאפרה ולא קיבלנו שום התייחסות במהלך כל השהיה
הייתה לנו שערה במקלחת ובכללי היא הייתה מאוד מלוכלכת לא נהננו להיכנס אליה.
כמו כן, הגענו בחודש ינואר וכפי שידוע ירושלים קפואה, המזגן בחדר לא חימם בצורה מספקת ועשה המון רעשים והשמיכות היו נורא קצרות ובקיצור היה לנו קר.
בנוסף, חשוב להודיע לאורחים שהמלון פונה לרחוב סואן, התעוררתי מרעש משאיות זבל וצפירות ב 5 בבוקר ולא נרדמתי מאז
ולסיכום לא הודיעו לנו שארוחת הבוקר אינה במלון אלא שובר לבית קפה 15 דק הליכה ממנו.
מתבאסת מאוד, שנינו מילואימניקים וחיכינו לחופש הזה מאוד..

Beautiful room in a small classic Jerusalem building, fun hot tub in the middle of the room. Overall nicely designed and calming. The area is great, pretty quiet, 1-min waking from the Machne Yehuda market and reasonable walking distance to other touristic in the city.
Loud drilling noise outside of our room at 8:30am. This is a very small building and it woke us up. It would have been nice to get a notice in advance so that, for example, we don't go to sleep very late the night before while planning to sleep in until late morning. We communicated this to the staff, which kind of dismissed it across several messages and we got no compensation whatsoever. Breakfast we paid for is in a nearby cafe and it was okay, not amazing.

הזמנו סוויטה מה שידוע כחדר עם חללים נוספים קיבלתי חדר אחד עם אמבטיה מיטה אחת כיסה אחד הסוויטה 2400 שח יומיים בחורף ללא ארוחות החדר היה מלוכלך מגבות ישנות ביקשנו לא לקבל את החדר עובדת במקום מרחה אותי תכף חוזרים אלייך ב22:00 בלילה אחריי שהתקשרתי מאה פעם נאמר לי שהיא רואה שקיבלתי חדר ולא סוויטה יטופל בבוקר בבוקר התחננתי התקשר מנהל התווכח על העובדות כעס צעק השפיל בסוף היא אמרה לי ב16:30 רוצה תצאי נחזיר כסף ארזתי יצאתי פחות לילה אף אחד לא התקשר פשוט גנבה השפלה אי נוחות הלילה ישננתי באוריינט שאני משולמת גם לוילה אלבי וגם לאאורייינט מצפה בהקדם שיחזרו אליי מדובר בגניבה מדובר במרמה והונאה
We liked the location, the staff and the size and layout of the room was good.
The bathroom did not have towel racks or hooks. The hotel itself is hard to find even with a local tour guide. Also, the hotel itself only had narrow stairs, no elevator and harder to navigate with luggage.
