Pros:

Personale cordiale, colazione buona.

Cons:

Camera improponibile per tre persone. Minuscola. Il bagno potrebbe essere più pulito. Polvere sui porta asciugamani e sul phon.

Staff ineccepibile,ma le camere andrebbero valorizzate.
Pros:

Staff gentilissimo,una menzione speciale per Ernesto della reception,super gentile disponibile e professionale.
Ragazzi delle colazioni carinissimi e pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza.
Anche il ragazzo della reception dell'altra struttura dove si può cenare,Hotel Serena,simpaticissimo e gentile (se non sbaglio si chiama Luigi). Ottima cena,con vasta scelta(tipologia buffet) e bravissimo chef.
La struttura inoltre dispone di giochi per bambini all'esterno.
Un ringraziamento speciale al portiere notturno.
In conclusione,nonostante penso si debba lavorare maggiormente sulla pulizia dellr camere e sulla struttura in generale,ci tornerei volentieri perché lo Staff é INECCEPIBILE.

Cons:

Le stanze sono piuttosto piccole,stile anni '80..Bisognerebbe dare una rinfrescata alle pareti e rinnovare Culle e seggioloni per bambini che sono veramente troppo datati.

Buona colazione

Cons:

In 3 notti di soggiorno dove nel frattempo ho fatto una gara di corsa a Rimini wellness sono tornato in hotel in tarda sera e la doccia era fredda .
Camera con muri e soffitto scrostati e pulizia non impeccabile .
