La atención de su personal, su ubicación, es muy próxima a la Mezquita Azul, Santa Sofía, el gran Bazar. Todo a pie en unos minutos.

Расположение -отлично. В номерах с балконами ещё и вид супер. Шумновато и толпы на улицах, но это центр ) хаммам неплохой.

Stained sheets, dirty and noisy apartment
Pros:

The proximity to attractions is unmatched but unfortunately, this is where the positivity ends.
Despite staff trying their best to be welcoming and accommodating requests, this hotel is a long shot away from 4 stars, especially at this price point.

Cons:

Upon checking in I saw that the room was significantly smaller than advertised. I booked a junior suite which in all photos featured a desk thay I was planning on using for work.
There was a sticker from a shoe on the lounge chair in the room, which not a big issue but was the first cleanliness issue amongst many bigger ones.
I was tired from my flight and wanted to take a bath, as I was filling up the tub, long and short hairs in shades of brown emerged from the bottom. On top of that the bathtub is old and tired, they could patch up the black bits around the corners if they wanted to, won't cost much and would make all the difference. On top of that, there's bits of mold growing around the silicon strips on the glass panels and the tiles.
The linen was stained with orange marks, as visible on the photo attached.
My room was on the ground floor, facing the main road with zero to no privacy, loud noise coming both from the lobby, restaurant, other rooms and from the streets.
I wanted to get room service with some dinner after, as I still wanted to get some work done. I dialled reception and they told me to "Wait a second, I will explain". A minute later someone comes straight into the room to tell me that the chef had gone home for the day and proceeds to leave the room. This sort of service is maybe common in a hostel but not in an expensive hotel in the centre of a metropolitan city. It felt rather unsafe.
They helped me order dinner from a nearby rooftop bar, and when the food arrived, they didn't even bother to place it in a plate but left it in a plastic box without providing any cutlery.
Despite all this, I ended up spending the night here, in the morning I left and bad breakfast somewhere else as I frankly wanted to leave immediately.

Besser geht es nicht!!!

Ja, was soll ich sagen? Ich bin absolut und total begeistert vom Hotel. Angefangen beim E-Mail-Kontakt im Vorfeld, der absolut unkompliziert, schnell und liebenswert funktioniert hat. und ab dem Moment, als ich das Hotel betreten habe, habe ich mich zu Hause gefühlt. Ich habe mich willkommen gefühlt, aufgehoben und war umgeben von unglaublich freundlichen Menschen. Ich werde jetzt die einzelnen Namen nicht aufzählen, aber es gibt an diesem Hotel nicht einen einzigen Nachteil. Mein Zimmer war traumhaft schön, es war alles da, was man braucht. Die Aussicht war phänomenal, und alles, was mir im Vorfeld versprochen wurde, wurde erfüllt. Die Zimmer sind mehr als sauber, die Damen der Reinigung sind aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Wenn ich das Hammam benutzen wollte, konnte ich mir die Uhrzeit aussuchen und war dann dort ganz für mich allein. Auch auf meinen Wunsch wurde die Sauna geheizt. Auch für mich ganz alleine. Bei Fragen, waren die Herren der Rezeption immer mit einem offenen Ohr für mich da. Ich kann ganz einfach nur sagen, dass ich für mich persönlich das Beste, zentralste, und schönste Hotel gefunden habe. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, schon allein aufgrund dessen, dass die Damen und Herren im Hotel mehr als liebenswert sind. Ich bedanke mich von ganzem Herzen noch mal Für den tollen Service, ob vor dem Aufenthalt oder während dem Aufenthalt. Einfach nur mit zehn Punkten.+++ zu empfehlen. Herzliche Grüße aus Memmingen. Pros:

Absolut wunderbares Hotel. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein der Service ist klasse und die Zimmer sind perfekt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und sollte irgendetwas fehlen, die Herren der Rezeption haben immer ein offenes Ohr und machen den Aufenthalt zu einem absoluten Highlight. Alles in allem, könnte ich mehr Punkte geben, dann würde ich das gerne tun. Bei manchen Rezessionen hier kann man nur den Kopf schütteln. Aber wer etwas kritisieren möchte, muss schon sehr lange suchen, um hier etwas negatives zu finden. Ich jedenfalls kann das Hotel absolut empfehlen und bedanke mich noch mal recht herzlich bei allen Damen und Herren des Hauses.

It's decent but not that great considering the price. The staff is really good though.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, regular room cleanings. The place also helped me with the transfer from/to the airport. The place is not far from Ayasofya, lots of tourist places nearby as well as restaurants and markets.

Cons:

The bathtub in the room was leaking which annoyed me a lot. In general the quality of the room was a little bit below of what I expected considering the price of my stay. The neighborhood is too noisy - I used earplugs for sleep every night and still didn't manage to sleep well.

Séjour agréable au cœur du quartier historique
Pros:

Les réceptionnistes et les femmes de ménage sont aux petits soins. Toutes mes demandes ont été prises en compte. Ils sont très respectueux et réactifs.

Ma suite junior était propre et confortable. Elle dispose d’ une très bonne literie. La
Climatisation est réglable et fonctionnelle. La Décoration typique orientale est de bon goût.

L’emplacement est idéal en plein cœur du quartier historique de Sultanhamet et proche des transports en commun.

La possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner en
terrasse sur la petite rue typiquement locale .

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner demande à être amélioré sur la fraîcheur et la qualité des produits surtout pour la partie sucrée. Sinon globalement ça allait.

Je n’ai pas pu utiliser la fitness ROOM car les deux tapis de course était hors service. Ça serait bien d’entretenir le matériel. Or, j’avais pris cet hôtel entre autre pour cela …

Les gels douches et shampoings fournis sont hyper chimiques et pleins d’ingrédients mauvais pour la santé.
