De gastvrijheijd en behulpzaamheid was erg goed. Onze gastheer Veledin was heel erg aardig en heeft ons aangenaam verrast. 🤗

Nice clean hotel
Pros:

This is a very new hotel which is still in the process of being finished. it was in a convenient location for us as we were cycling through the mountains and needed a place to stop. The room was really comfortable and clean and we particularly loved the bathroom. The windows were really sound proofed. The staff were very polite and helpful, particularly the young woman who was working when we visited - she made a lot of effort to communicate with us as we don’t speak Albanian.

Cons:

We found that the air con didn’t work very well so we were a bit too hot. Some “do not disturb” signs for the doors would be good, as someone unlocked and opened the door at 9am when I was getting dressed which was a bit embarrassing. Some more choice for breakfast would be good.
