Hyggelig og autentisk. God mat
Kaldt vann i dusjen
Just back after the winter break. Workmen everywhere and snot bogies on the wall next to our bathroom.
Location was stunning!
It had a creaky floor, but understandable given the age of the property. The waterside view from my room was beautiful!
Great staff
Still being renovated
Nice staff, clean room which had been recently refurbished. Lovely view from the window to the front of the property looking over an amazing beach. Evening meal and breakfast was nice.
I didn’t dislike anything
Good location, lovely meal for dinner
A lot of renovations work being carried out - making the hotel very cold and noisy
To be fair the Staff were apologetic and helpful
Friendly staff and evening meal were good
Coldest and noisiest hotel I've stayed in. Window didn't close in the room with a gale blowing in from the sea even with heating on full in the room it was cold, restaurant and bar cold too, every floor board in the hotel creaks so you can hear noise in the room, in the hallways and in rooms next door and above. Poor quality breakfast ingredients including using 'catering' sausages which are more filler than meat.
Excellent food evening meal attentive service
Nothing apart from only buffet breakfast which we did not have owing to no choice like omelet or salmon
From the moment we arrived Miguel welcomed us & checked us in.
We then went to the bar & met Janet who went above and beyond. Great customer service.
Then on check out the lovey girl from Romania , asking how we enjoyed our stay.
The staff here were exceptional .
Breakfast was cooked fresh & delicious .
Nothing
Friendly staff. Great views
Bit pricey
Stunning hotel in a beautiful beach location with outstanding staff felt thoroughly spoilt. Lovely walks with shops not far from hotel
Die Lage und das Erste äußere Erscheinungsbild sind aussergewöhnlich. Das ganze ist jedoch in die Jahre gekommen.Frühstück war OK
Location and views are great. Beautiful building with ample parking. Staff member checking us in was lovely and friendly.
When going for our evening meal we felt we were interrupting the bar maids break. Half the pumps at the bar were sold out. Menu very limited and all looked liked it was frozen and reheated. Very dissatisfied.
In the room the sink was loose on the wall and tiles were pulling away from the wall. Black mould in grout in the shower, holes around the bath where it had obviously leaked. The window wouldn’t close fully.
Breakfast dry and unappetising, the dog wouldn’t even eat the sausages.
On check out reported all of above to be told the hotel was closing the next day for the winter and no repairs were done because of this. They then informed me that they could have moved our room if I had said something earlier. At no point were we made aware that they could have hotel was is shut down mode and the price we paid for the room and food did not reflect the limited services. Then to be told we had a £10 charge for the dog to pay. Overall experience was very poor and will not return or recommend.
Food was hot and appetising. Also evening meal was value for money
Room floorboards were very squeaky!
VERY PLEASANT STAY WITH HELPFUL STAFF & GREAT FOOD.
