Must be much more clear that's a room
Pros:

Beautiful property, it was super clean and the bed was a dream to sleep in. The hostess was lovely and we thank her for allowing us into her home

Cons:

did not fully clear what a home stay was when I booked the property. Also this is not ensuit room.
The only disappointment was the lack of shower pressure.

A very comfortable and clean room in the perfect location for my trip.
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable, peaceful and quiet. There were lots of little touches that made it feel like a home from home. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, they made me feel at home and I felt very relaxed there. You can tell they take pride in their home and that it was important to them that I was comfortable.

Cons:

I would have liked to have been able to lock the bedroom door.

Lovely, comfortable and a relaxing stay
Pros:

From a warm and friendly welcome, the property offered comfort and a relaxed atmosphere. The hosts were extremely accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend and would not hesitate in booking again.

Absolutely perfect for my needs on this trip.
Pros:

Very handy for me being close to the railway station and it’s a beautiful, well kept house in a lovely area.

Lovely room in a great location for the station
Pros:

A lovey room hosted by a friendly couple. Great communication and friendly welcome when checking in. Clean and well presented.
Location was perfect for us, only a few minutes easy walk to the station.
This is a room in someone’s house but you are made to feel welcome and have your private space.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.

Excellent place to stay.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed, clean and tidy bedroom, quiet and relaxing setting. Fabulous bathroom, warm shower, or bath if you prefer. Very welcoming and accommodating hosts.

Lovely hosts and great welcome but perhaps only for cat lovers
Pros:

Very welcoming hosts with excellent communication and many small lovely touches eg bottled water.

Cons:

Owners cats in the guest room on arrival. Would be problematic if you had a cat allergy.
Owners clothes in all of the wardrobes in the room.
