No breakfast offered…only good thing was the location
Cleanliness. I asked for a double bed when booking they agreed.. it was two single beds pushed together each with single bed linen so effectively I spent 13 nights on a single bed. There were Lights that never worked, wall plugs pulled out of the wall in the kitchen rendering them non functional, very dirty walls and front door (coffee? vomit?) smoke alarm hanging by wires from the Ceiling. No folder with instructions regarding two air conditioners off one remote, no codes left for Netflix, so the tv was no good to use as I couldn’t get past the codes. No maps or information of any kind. I arrived on a Thursday night late and sent a message to the host asking For someone to come in and clean the following day. On Monday he came and inspected and said the dirty walls were par for the course. I said I was paying a lot and wanted it cleaned.. later he sent a message that he would send someone to clean and this only after I asked a friend to send a voice note in Hebrew. All importantly there was no information regarding a safe room. Finally after I nagged ( using google translate) I received a message, in Hebrew and I went out in search of the safe room myself. I needed it as the barrage from Iran came on the 1 October. No cupboard to hang clothes just 3 hangers on a coat stand. No luggage rack for your suitcase so I unpacked from the floor. The extraction fan in the bathroom Did not work so when the upstairs or next door used the bathroom the smell was really bad and the door had to be shut . On the Tuesday Schlomi sent someone in to clean the walls. I helped him. I took pictures so that I could upload them. Sadly you don’t offer that option. I pay more so that I don’t have these sort of issues.
Very very disappointing.
Amazing location, close to the Old City and main streets such as Yaffo, King George, and Ben Yehuda. The building is new and an apartment suitable for up to 3, maybe 4, people. We had everything we needed, and the host was very responsive, promptly providing information about accessing the building and the apartment. WiFi was available.
