Badly maintained, small hotel in a good location

Location is excellent

Cons:

Shower is broken, Not provided any toiletries when checked in, but do provided it on next day after taking 3 times.

TV is there, but no remote is found in the room.

Not enough light in the room, so really difficult to apply makeup.

Rooms are small, it looks like in the photograph, but the size is totally misleading.

My stay was excellent. Siraj and Ashraf both are very good and help
Pros:

The hotel is located in an excellent location where Sirkeci tram station & Marmaray metro station are just 2 min walk.
Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Spice Bazaar, Grand Bazaar, Gulhane Park, Top Kapi Palace & Basilica Cistern are located nearby and you can visit them by walk.
Dominos Pizza is just next to the Hotel and my kids love it.
Many restaurants are nearby including famous Hafiz Mustafa.

Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. Since I was traveling with my parents, the location was very important to us, and it was perfect. The hotel was conveniently close to major attractions, as well as the metro, tram stops, shops, and cafés.

The hotel staff were very helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the essentials. It even included tea, coffee, and complimentary water.

Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful stay.

Местоположение конечно топовое, станция метро в 2 минутах, все достопримечательности рядом, мы с семьёй получили огромное удовольствие. Персонал готов помочь в любую минуту, уборка каждый день. В целом все хорошо, соотношениецены и качества соответсвуют, благодарны.

Cons:

Есть небольшие минусы, отель конечно староват, ресепшн очень маленький, лифт узкий, но это никак не мешает отдыху. В отель приходили ночевать.
