Great location, super friendly staff, value for money! We stayed for 9 nights! They are really kid friendly as well. Super duper accommodative staff. Ashraf, siraj, numan were of great help to us thank you for making our trip to Istanbul perfect

Smelled like cigarettes every night (the smoke was pulled in by the vent in the bathroom). Very loud at night (you could hear people talking loudly in the nearby cafes).

Wer günstigen Aufenthalt möchte und kein Luxus ist da richtig

Zimmer schön Groß gewesen hat gereicht für paar Tage

Auf das Personal ist nicht Verlass
Hab das Personal angesprochen wegen einem Föhn, weil er bei mir auf dem Zimmer nicht funktioniert hat. Er meinte zu mir er kümmert sich da drum. Leider ist es auch so geblieben, dass der am Ende nicht mehr funktioniert hat.
War in vielen Hotel gewesen, aber das Personal war etwas anders gewesen als sonst bei den anderen Hotel
Hab meinen Koffer nach dem Checkout abgegeben. Er meinte, ihr könnt in diesem Raum reinstellen
Der Raum sah wirklich Katastrophe aus. Klar, natürlich ich hab da jetzt nicht übernachtet, aber leider in meinen Augen kann man keinen Gast dahin schicken in diesem Raum.
Und ab 24 Uhr kein WLAN mehr!!

Locatia in centru, monumente si foarte multe magazine si restaurante in jur. Personalul ok. Camera a fost curata. Am avut la dispozitie papuci de unica folosinta, cafea si ceai cat am fi vrut. Totul ok.

Un pic de zgomot din cauza aerisii de la baie.

Ce que je n’ai pas aimé c’est qualifié d’hôtel 3 étoile alors que non c’est entre un motel et une pension! Nous entendons tout depuis la chambre, la propreté laisse à désirer.
