Excellent location just off the highway. Very clean and spacious rooms with nice amenities and furniture. Overall a great experience.

Very helpful and friendly staffs. One at reception and also Shubham who was on night duty. I had to leave at 4:30 and he was up and all geared to help me with billing and settlements.

I would never recommend this hotel. Services are pathetic of all times. Getting water bottles from them is a tedious task. We waited for more than an hour just for water bottles. They offer small water bottles and that too after multiple request. Even the reception was found helpless. Never plan to stay with family at least.
Pathetic service of all times. Getting water bottles from house keeping or Reception is a big headache. Yesterday and even today, we made 4 calls and went personally once to get water bottles for the room. While I am writing we haven’t got the bottles. It’s been more than an hour now.
Good spread at breakfast, prompt and courteous staff.
