Management and staff were great in correcting my dislikes which made my stay comfortable.
Pros:

The breakfast was buffet style, which was serve on the outdoor patio overlooking the ocean.

Cons:

When I first arrived I noticed that the facility was old and looked very historic. It had rained earlier in the day and the water pooled around the entrance. The first room I was placed in was moldy but the bathroom was renovated. I brought it to the manager attention and he move me into a much better room with less mold. I didn't like that the hotel adult guest policy was unclear. The policy was not very clear compared to what Booking response was when I asked that question. Booking response was that the hotel was guest friendly. Adult guest are only allowed in the lobby and not the room unless a fee was paid. The hotel also charged a fee to use the security box. The wifi was free but the hotel had couple of power outages during my stay. Even though the hotel is old and needs some repairs the facility is clean and well kept. It has a great ocean view and the pool is clean.

Was not a fan of the breakfast but everything else was great.

Cons:

Bed was not comfortable but staff and service and atmosphere were outstanding.

I won’t be returning there.
Pros:

Location was close to everything. Price was ok. Free parking. It was right on the beach.

Cons:

You have to pay for WiFi ( unheard or these days)
The property needs to be updated/ modernize.
TV didn’t work I the first room they gave me. So they changed my room.
Elevator was out of order
You can have visitors

Cold water , no security lock on my door , even tho I booked for 2 ppl I wasn’t allowed company unless I tipped the staff , lousy wifi signal
