Pros:

Location was exceptionally only 10 mins walk from town centre. Hotel is modern and in excellent condition, clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and efficient.

parking cost as extra seems unnecessary as price of rooms quite steep given size and restaurant menu was quite limited, food was a little disappointing

The friendly staff including housekeeping bar and all waiters/waitresses. The quality of the food was super. The added bonus of a comfortable outdoor seating area where we enjoyed our breakfast coffee and evening drinks.

Nice place for a day or two. Great staff.
Pros:

The manager Claire(sp?) was tops. She went out her way multiple times to help me with the EV charging system which ultimately would not work for me. The room was large but dated. Pretty good breakfast. Easy river walk to central.

Emplacement idéal
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal pour stationné votre véhicule et visiter Oxford ( le parking est payant) la chambre est spacieuse avec une excellente literie

Cons:

La salle de bain fait son âge c'est propre mais une baignoire assez haute a enjamber pour prendre une douche c'est a revoir
Le pdj est décevant pour un 4 étoiles il y a du choix mais la qualité est a revoir

Pros:

Excellent location with option of very nice riverside walk that takes you most of the way into the town. The room facilities worked, and you got the sense they are cared for.

Rather humdrum breakfast options.

Hotel cheating with description : rooms are tiny
Pros:

Nice countryside walking distance via a calm path along river (10 to 15 min walk from city center)

Cons:

Room is tiny. I took a Premium Queen room, advertised with decent size, but reality is room much smaller (box size room with 135cm wide bed, clearly not queen size, and few space around bed so you struggle to open luggage), so I have to give bad rating 1/10 as I felt cheated. If room description was fair, then I would have rated it 7 because clean, but I hate when hotels are cheating with the room description.
