Weekend break in Oxford. lovely hotel a short walk to the centre.
Pros:

We came here for the weekend to get out of London, and it was lovely. We deliberately picked to stay here a little way from the centre, but it was perfect - a short walk into the main attractions in the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice, good facilities, comfortable room.

Really enjoyed it, would come back.
Pros:

The room was excellent, great size, clean with a lovely private balcony. Breakfast was fairly basic but good service. Location was Ideal close enough to the centre of Oxford. The SPA is disappointing, it more of a pool with a small gym and some treatments.

The property is very well located, had well appointed facilities especially the rooms and dining facilities. The staff are very helpful.

Cons:

The property needs to make patrons aware if property upgrades are going to impact electricity, dining facilities and lifts in advance or before they book. These negatively impacted my stay.

Great night's sleep because of the aircon!
Pros:

The air conditioning was great. The hotel feels like a conference centre - it is a bit ordinary with rooms which are not particularly luxurious but the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, the bed was comfy and the aircon was great (it was mid heatwave and so I selected this hotel because of its aircon). The location is pleasant but is a short walk out of the city centre.

Cons:

I was given welcome sweets which were 2 pieces of coloured meringue which was a bit odd. The design of the hotel is a bit conference centre/motel with most rooms on the ground floor.

Le confort, la propreté et le personnel adorable !
Krystal était exemplaire !

Cons:

Un réceptionniste qui nous a accueilli froidement lors de notre arrivée le 7 juillet après 22 heures et qui semblait importuné par nos questions alors que nous ne connaissions pas le lieu ni le fonctionnement de l’hôtel.

Ontbijt : locatie en organisatie hiervan
Je moet je aanmelden /registreren tussen het ontbijt waardoor het chaotisch en druk is.
Jammer van de onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan de elektra waardoor we 4 uur lang niets konden gebruiken (airco, zwembad,…)
Dit was al lang gepland. Hadden we dit geweten hadden we een ander hotel gekozen
Na reclamatie uiteindelijk wel parkeerkosten terug gekregen
