Pros:

Well-maintained, very clean and well-appointed rooms and beautiful grounds. The location is just perfect for us, close to everything and yet quiet. We frequented the gym, although small and have limited weights (max 12KG). Mr. Tawan, Ms. JJ and the all the staff are wonderful and attentive. They make us feel like we are at home. The service is above-and-beyond from the time we arrive to departure. We are sad to leave. We will be staying at Samui Emerald when we return to Koh Samui next time.

Good apartments with pool
Pros:

Spotless. Lovely large apartment with separate bedroom. Good sized kitchen. Bathroom also spotless.

Cons:

Location wasn’t great if you like going out in the evening. Could do with better pots & pans. Bed extremely hard.

En fantastisk vistelse! Allt var utmärkt från början till slut. Rummet var jättebra, fräscht och bekvämt. Personalen var helt fantastisk – mycket vänliga och serviceinriktade. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Pros:

Sehr zentral Big Buddah war zu Fuß zu erreichen und viele Restaurants. Das Personal war sehr nett und Mr Tawan hat alles möglich, auch ein früher Check in war möglich sogar ohne Aufpreis.

Cons:

Es war alles super sauber. Ansich auch der Pool, aber das ist jetzt meckern auf hohen Niveau man könnte ihn etwas sauberer halten. Es waren paar Algen in den Fugen wäre schade wenn man ihn in paar Jahren nicht mehr benutzen kann.

Great place to stay! Felt homey and comfy
Pros:

Absolute highlight was the magnificent pool: huge, deep and so sparkling clean it hurts the eye. A lot of comfy lounge chairs as well.
Apartment very roomy and well equipped. Location was fine; you do need a scooter to get around but there are several rental places nearby. There is a washing machine available but no detergent; we used an excellent laundry service 200 meters down the road (to the right after leaving the gate) - run by a very lovely family.

Cons:

Nothing. Maybe new water bottles every day (every accommodation we’ve stayed in here in Thailand provided that so we are a bit spoilt I guess).

Lovely Comfortable Clean Apartment, Great Pool and Washing Machine
Pros:

We immediately received a warm welcome on arrival and seemless checkin. Loved our clean comfy apartment with balcony overlooking the pool. Kitchen facilities were basic, but okay for what we needed to prepare our breakfast as mostly had food out. There was a nice sized clean pool and spacious onsite gym (but not all equipment worked which needs maintenance and checking) plus the onsite washing machine was ideal. We stayed here closer to our departure date as venue was approx 15 minutes to the airport, especially great for early flights. Also hired a yellow e-scooter to get around (if you do hire them, not every drop off point has chargers, so you need to text company when you need battery renewed for them to advise you where to swap bikes. The Location is out of way so you do need your own transport. Also ideally located not far from Bophut Big Buddha. We would stay here again!

Cons:

There was aircon in our room, but leaked one morning so hopefully the system is well looked after and regularly maintained for guests. Also would be great if housekeeping cleared bins more regularly instead of only being serviced every 3 days.
