SCAM ON CHARGING US WITH BED STAIN
Pros:

The staff from the restaurant were very nice. Food was yummy. That was the only thing we liked about our stay

Cons:

They charged us 480k vnd from bed stains we didn't know where it came from. We asked to have our room cleaned and when we were back we were surprised that they charged us with the stain. We know it's a scam.

Also, There were no cooking pans provided. We requested but nothing came. They were very quick to charge us with the stain but never with our requests.

REALLY GREAT VALUE HOTEL
Pros:

Last minute booking and it been our best choice.
The room is huge, a lot of space. Good equipment for the kitchen. The bathroom is also very good, you will have Japanese toilet and for once in Vietnam… the shower is powerfull !
The bed is very big and comfortable and the TV is like the room, HUGE.
Breakfast is lite, it’s the only negative point. You only have 1 choice between all the menu and a drink.
The staff is very useful and they speak well English.
Genny was the best, very kind. She deserve to get a salary increase for is professional work.

チェクイン時に私に起因するトラブルがありました。
しかしスタッフが深夜にも関わらず気を悪くする様子もなく柔軟に対応してくれました。心から感謝します。

バスタブは日本人の私には嬉しい設備です。
また、ウォーターサーバーもあるので水の心配が不要なのも嬉しいです。

Breakfast was great. Staff always smiling

Cons:

Was told I could avail of complementary ride to airport. And they would book it when I checked out. Arrived at airport and taxi driver charge me for the ride. Called the hotel and the desk person said I was supposed to book it the day before. It was a disappointing end to a perfect stay.

It was definitely different from the picture, and the bathtub was on the veranda so it seemed unusable. The partition was also flimsy. There was hair on the bed.
