Amazing views, great staff, excellent experience
Pros:

Staff was incredibly welcoming. The property was spotless, well decorated, quiet, and in a great location outside of Lugano.

Traumhafte Lage am See mit außergewöhnlich herzlichem Empfang.
Pros:

Fantastische Lage direkt am Luganer See mit eigenem Seezugang und Bademöglichkeit. Die Villa ist sehr schön, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der außergewöhnlich herzliche und freundliche Empfang – die Dame beim Check-in und beim Frühstück war ausgesprochen höflich und zuvorkommend. Das à-la-carte-Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, und auf der Terrasse mit Seeblick zu frühstücken, ist wirklich etwas Besonderes. Auch die Restaurants im Ort sind gut erreichbar. Beim Parken gibt es einen etwas günstigeren offiziellen Parkplatz sowie den Parkplatz am Tennisclub, der über EasyPark buchbar und sehr einfach zu finden ist. Beide liegen etwa fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Cons:

Kein Aufzug, was bei schwerem Gepäck etwas umständlich ist. Unser Zimmer war durch eine Verbindungstür vom Nachbarzimmer getrennt und dadurch leider sehr hellhörig – Gespräche und Geräusche aus dem Nachbarzimmer waren deutlich zu hören. Die Handtücher haben beim Abtrocknen leider stark gefusselt. Außerdem ist das Preisniveau recht hoch, was man beim Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis berücksichtigen sollte. Insgesamt waren die negativen Punkte für uns jedoch überschaubar.

Optimale Ausgangslage für die letzte Etappe von TST!

Cons:

Zu wenig Abstellfläche im Badezimmer sowie für Koffer und Koffer.
War kein Problem, aber es hat keinen Lift.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt!
Herzliches und ausgesprochen zuvorkommendes Personal. Alles war top sauber und die Zimmer sind wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage direkt am See ist einfach traumhaft. Besonders schön ist der private, liebevoll gepflegte Garten. Ein wunderbar ruhiger und erholsamer Ort – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder! 🌸

Pros:

Vila perfektně rekonstruovaná, nádherné výhledy i z pokoje.

Cons:

Měli jsme pokoj se spojovacimi dveřmi do vedlejšího pokoje a bylo vše slyšet. Hlavně jak se hosté z vedlejšího pokoje vraceli v noci zpátky.

Fantastische vakantie gehad in dit prachtige hotel.
Pros:

Super mooi hotel aan het meer van Lugano met super lieve en vriendelijke eigenaren. Ligging is perfect. Wij hebben veel gefietst met de elektrische fietsen.
Super behulpzame eigenaren, wij voelden ons welkom.

Villa Patria ist sehr schön gelegen und segr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Genial, dass es für den Sommer eine Klimaanlage hat.

Es sind nur 2 Punkte, die wir etwas vermissten in unserem Zimmer.
