Book it now you won’t be disappointed if you want tranquility and excellent service
Pros:

We loved the peaceful location on the lake . The views were amazing and you have direct access to swimming. The staff were fabulous so friendly and helpful . Upgrade to the rooms with a lake view it is well worth it .

Gute ruhige Lage, abseits des Rummels. Gut zum Entspannen. Schwimmen direkt vom Garten. Freundliches Personal. Gutes Bett.
Schlicht eingerichtet, hell und schöner Blick auf den See.

Cons:

Ein Regal mehr im Bad und etwas mehr Ablage für Kleider wäre von Vorteil.

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt mit traumhafter Seelage, stilvollen Zimmern, herzlichen Gastgebern und einem fantastisch

Das B&B besticht durch absolute Sauberkeit und wunderschöne, moderne sowie sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Die ruhige Lage direkt am See ist schlichtweg traumhaft – besonders hervorzuheben ist die gepflegte Gartenanlage mit privatem Seezugang. Die Gastgeber sind überaus herzlich und zuvorkommend. Ein weiteres Highlight war das fantastische Frühstück. Kurzum: Es war einfach alles perfekt!

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, mit einer wundervollen Aussicht auf den Luganersee. Es gab kein Buffet. Jeden Morgen konnten wir wählen, was wir essen oder trinken wollten. Alles war mit viel Liebe angerichtet. Unser Zimmer hatte viele Fenster. Vom Bett aus hatten wir das Gefühl, direkt im Luganersee zu sitzen. Natalia und Santiago waren herzlich und gingen auf alle unsere Wünsche ein.

Cons:

Von der Strasse her etwas lärmig, was aber die Seite zum See hin eindeutig wett gemacht hat.
Uns hat der Aufenthalt in der Villa Patria sehr gefallen und wir haben uns gut erholt.

Highly recommended for relaxed lake experience
Pros:

Dream place right at the lake with own access
Can take SUPs and have private place in the garden next to the public beach.
Breakfast above the lake is super cool.
It is definitely worth some extra miles when travelling through

Gute Unterkunft für die Durchreise
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön am Lago di Lugano gelegen. Die Einrichtung ist zwar einfach aber genügt für einen Aufenthalt von 1 bis 2 Tagen. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre eine Sitzecke anstatt den relativ unbequemen Stühlen toll. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und wurde mit toll zubereitet und präsentiert.

Cons:

Die Hauptstrasse in Richtung Italien führt direkt vor dem Hotel durch und ist ziemlich stark befahren. Da es ziemlich warm war und die Klimaanlage im Zimmer leider nicht funktioniert hat, liessen wir die Fenster in der Nacht offen. Durch den Strassenlärm war leider kein guter Schlaf möglich.
