The hotel overall is good, nice room, very clean, and staff is friendly, I would give excellent rating if the breakfast was better. Unfortunately yhe breakfast is much lower than average, small quantities that finishes quickly when it's crowded and food not replaced constantly. Yhe pool is small but we liked the tobogan. Overall the hotel is good

clean hotel ambiance , staff were very accommodating , shuttle fr airport to hotel convenient.only that we are far from downtown n we always take UBer as our transport.but nevertheless we enjoyed our stay in your hotel n loved Montreal as well.more power and thank you 😍

Hotel was ok the area had road closures because of road repairs and this was awful. Too much road closures in Montreal. I know infrastructure repairs have to be done but just was not prepared for this.

Very clean rooms and comfortable beds and good breakfast. Excellent for kids and seniors (great accessibility). Kids really enjoyed the water slide and pool and adults enjoyed it too! Bring earplugs for night sleep because airplane noise can get loud if that is bothersome. Highly recommend this hotel. Front desk staff is very friendly and approachable for information suggestions.

Overall it was a good stay, but the biggest downfall was that there wasn’t regular shuttles from the airport. You had to call the hotel for the shuttle, and when you don’t have network service on a cell from crossing a border into the country, that gets difficult. Also the shampoo in the shower empty, and when we brought it to their attention, it still wasn’t filled our whole 4 night stay. Other than that, it was clean, breakfast was good and breakfast staff was attentive, and the safety feature of needing a room key to use the elevators helped you be at peace of mind.

When booking, we inquired about a shuttle to Via Rail. IHG said a Via shuttle came to the hotel. The front desk says there is no shuttle, so we will incur the additional expense of booking a taxi.
Accurate information would have influenced our hotel booking.
