Not good the at all
Pros:

The aircon is cool not the other place is Tay even though is quiet noisy

Cons:

The bathroom is drainage is lag, the unit that I should avail is not available,I transfer to another unit , though I wait for the staff to arrive what a hustle, I want to have a smooth transaction but it doesn't go smoothly

Cons:

Tv not working for half day and also as i bargain wit them to give less amount bcz tv not working they disrespect me and sent me to security which is so disappointed there was an argument and fight i never had this experience in any hotel any country. Finally they agreed me to pay half amount. But the host and staff shouted at me so much. They troubled me. Really I was in pain to see that i have been brought near security

Pros:

Location is very near to our events place.
The room is clean and Aircon is functioning well.
Staff are accommodating and kind.

Cons:

Parking area although it's outside the hotel.
The actual rate on the booking since it was my first time to book I thought the whole amount is okay but on the day of the booking amount changed.
