We had to find own parking as the hotel was full but it wasn’t very hard to do

Très chouette séjour dans le centre d’une belle ville avec un personnel très sympathique.

Prima accomodatie maar een onaardige dame van de receptie maakte dat onsverblijf een onplezierige afdronk kreeg.
Pros:

De centrale ligging. Nette kamer. Groot bed. Prive parkeren op eigen terrein. De dame van de receptie die de incheck verzorgde was aardig en behulpzaam. Ook het personeel bij het ontbijt waren gastvrij.

Cons:

De temperatuur in de kamer was vrij hoog. Een airco was niet aanwezig of deed het niet. De verwarming stond uit. Vanwege houtstook in de buurt konden we het raam niet open houden.
De dame van de receptie bij de uitcheck was erg ongeduldig en behoorlijk onbeschoft. Ook heeft ze wel 6 keer opnieuw om ons kamernummer gevraagd. Dit leverde ons behoorlijk wat stress op. Hoewel de accomodatie verder prima was gaan we hier nooit meer naar terug vanwege deze dame.
