Très agréable, rien à dire au niveau du personnel
Pros:

La situation géographique était idéale juste en face du marché. Certains se plaignent de la fumée venant du restaurant de riz avec viande grillée mais cela ne nous a pas gêné. Une fois entrés dans la chambre, nous étions à l'aise.

It was ok as a solo traveler for 1 night
Pros:

I arrived with no cash and all the ATMS shut, they were very good about delaying payment til the next day. Nice people and room was clean

Cons:

1 electric socket for the whole room was limiting, a fridge that didn’t work, no kettle, cold water and synthetic bed linen made it very basic

Pros:

Friendly staff
Helped with onward travel . Even took me to bus station when shuttle didn't turn up. Elevator is a bonus.

Cons:

It is opposite a market so rooms at front noisy but rooms at back ok. Air con noisy. Mattress and pillows not soft

Great Hotel, Great staff, my favorite place in Việt Nam, I will be back here ❤️
Pros:

The location of the hotel was very nice ! With it being right in the center of town, you could easily walk outside and find food right away ! My personal favorite is Nước mía and bánh cảm 😊 the bathroom had warm water and the room had a decent climate !

Cons:

The air conditioning worked but it wasnt the best ! I didn’t mind too much because the fan worked really well ! Also, the doors to the hotel shut around 9:00pm so try to be back inside your hotel before dark to avoid having to wake up the owners to let you back inside ! They are very nice people as well.
