Amazing location and lovely staff. Need to improve on services
Pros:

The hotel was located very close to bathing ghats and about 2kms from sangam.

The staff were friendly and the owner was very much approachable. He gave us some useful tips on prayagraj

The services were well below standard particularly cleaning that failed to happen even after repeated requests

perfect, best stay for Kumbh Mela, owner very very helpful!
Pros:

Very nice heritage hotel in the old town, very good location - very close to Kumbh Mela site, roof terraces with beautiful view over the Ganges and the Kumbh Mela site, spacious nice rooms, delicious indian food, very friendly and superhelpful owner and personal, we definetely come back!

Nice heritage feel. Comfortable rooms. Clean

Cons:

Food arrangwments were not that great. Alrhough it is very likely that crowd during Kumbha Mela may have made procurement challenging.

A peaceful stay.
Pros:

It’s a nice and small Kathi with lots of ancient touch and also things in it. I am really in love with this one too. The staff was nice and supportive and very caring and kind too. The slow music/ bhajans playing was peaceful and I loved the homely food their it was awesome, tasty.

Cons:

Nothing was to dislike I think.
