Spacious

Cons:

We were initially disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of the property. The room was dusty, there were cockroaches in the kitchen and ants in the freezer, and the bed linen, pillowcases, and curtains were dirty. Additionally, one of the beds was uncomfortable, as it felt like lying directly on exposed springs.

On a positive note, the owner promptly addressed the bed linen issue, and someone came to change the sheets and pillowcases, which we appreciated.

Superb
Pros:

We love the room. It is stylish and has a complete cooking materials. We will definitely go back and stay at the beach suites again. The host is very accommodating.

Cons:

We love our stay here, the only thing that is missing is the wifi. We weren't able to watch movie during out chill time.

Would definitely recomment to friends and family who are going to Pico.
Pros:

It was cozy, very minimalist, had lots of room for our toddler to walk/run on, loved the curtains and the mountain view too.
Just really loved how spacious, cozy and relaxing the entire unit was. Also like the fact that it’s a 5 minute walk to the beach club, so we didn’t always have to wait for a shuttle to go to the beach.

Cons:

Hot water was not working. But the water temp was tolerable for us adults, but not for our baby girl. But that’s fine!
