Unterbringung picobello sauber und geschmackvoll. Alles hell. Ein hochinteressantes Ambiente angesichts des ehemaligen Steinkohlebergbaus. Vitrinen auf den Gängen zeigen Exponate. Wunderschöne Industriegebäude. Ruhig gelegen. Parken kein Problem. Nette Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Die Kopfkissenfüllung ist Mist. Wegschmeißen bitte und was anderes rein.
Ein Schuhanzieher wäre eine gute Idee gewesen.

Guter Hauptsitz für Ausflüge im Umkreis
Pros:

Zimmer mit Ausicht auf einen ehemaligen Förderturm.
Obwohl an einer Haupstrasse gelegen, sehr ruhig.
Gute Lage für Ausflüge.

Cons:

Es war erst Mai und schon ziemlich heiß. Bei der nächsten Renovierung müssen Kühlgeräte mit eingebaut werden.

Haus in historischer Umgebung: Gäste mit Bezug zum Bergbau werden sich wieder finden + wohl fühlen!
Pros:

Frühstück gut, Super freundliches Personal. Prima ein Inklusions-Hotel so gut geführt zu erleben und das bei akzeptablem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Viele Flurtüren mit Badge-key verschlossen = hohes Sicherheits-Gefühl.

Cons:

Zum Check-in hätten wir gerne gleich gewusst, dass es einen Aufzug gibt. Erst nachdem alle Koffer im 2ten OG oben waren, empfahl man uns den Aufzug. Badge-key-Türen sehr schwer und nur zweihändig zu öffnen.
