Gute Lage, nettes Personal aber man sollte auf keinen Fsll zu hohe Ansprüche haben. Für 60 euro die Nacht einfach komple

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet in Colaba . Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster, ich lag also wie in einem Sarkophag. Und die Sauberkeit lässt wirklich zu wünschen übrig, gerade im Bad. Ich musste alles nochmal desinfizieren.

Horrible experience, they gave our room away

We booked the hotel on the 17th and arrived at 8pm. Our room was given to other customers & there was no room for us. They took us to a horrible room in a nearby hotel for one night which was ridden with insects and had no windows. We asked why our room was given to other guests despite the fact we booked in advance & they said it was due to the morning desk worker who decided to give it other customers. It was a very bad experience.

The room they actually gave us was not cleaned without us asking for 4 days which is unlike any other hotel I’ve been in around the world. Location is good but the treatment was not satisfactory for the price.

Good environment and worth for money spent
Pros:

The location is good and quite close to Gate Way. The breakfast is good. But more South Indian varieties expected. The staffs are more cooperative. Bottled water to be atleast 1/2 ltr to 1 ltr.

Cons:

Omelets under chargeable basis is not ethical and acceptable. Bathroom floors are slippery and hot water control is not working as per our needs. Tea served in the morning is heavily charged. (Rs. 50/- per cup) and no thermos available. 250 ml water bottle to be avoided.
