Une parenthèse très agréable
Pros:

Un merveilleux week-end un peu hors du temps. De belles prestations un accueil parfait et un établissement très joli. Le restaurant nous a permis de goûter multitudes de saveurs extraordinaires tout était très bon.
Petit déjeuner sympa aussi tout était bon également (on aurait apprécié les œufs brouillés au buffet néanmoins).

Une très belle étape gastronomique
Pros:

l'hôtel est implanté au centre de la magnifique ville de Lembach au décor typiquement Alsacien . Les abords de l'hôtel sont dans ce style , très beaux et très bien entretenus . La chambre était grande et confortable parfaitement propre , le petit déjeuner très copieux et très varié . Nous avons diné au restaurant gastronomique récompensé par une étoile Michelin et ce fut un moment de parfait bonheur gastronomique . L'hôtel dispose également d'u spa très agréable

Cons:

Le chauffage est fourni par des radiateurs qu'il faut régler manuellement , ce qui en soit ne serait pas un problème , si ils n'étaient masqués pour des raisons esthétiques par des panneaux décoratifs qu'il faut enlever pour pouvoir y accéder.
La salle de bain est un peu trop sombre malgré l'éclairage du miroir . Et surtout l 'eau chaude ne vient qu'après avoir fait couler l'eau pendant de longues minutes , ce qui en dehors de l'aspect confort , n'est pas très écologique
