City noise, but not something the property can control

The linens were in extremely poor condition, with old, worn-out towels. On the first day, the bed was not clean there were hairs and visible stains. I requested a change of sheets and pillows, but they provided queen-size sheets for a king-size bed. The “clean” sheets were also in very poor condition: stained, worn, and clearly very old. The next day, they replaced them with king-size sheets, but these were just as bad—cheap, red, plastic-like material with large stains throughout.

In the photos, the bed looks excellent, but in reality, it is completely the opposite. I expected proper king-size pillows like those shown in the pictures; however, only two small pillows (more suitable for a twin bed) were provided, and they were in very poor condition, seemingly reused many times. I had to request two additional pillows just to make it somewhat comfortable.

The restroom had very poor ventilation and a constant smell of humidity and sewage. We had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times to prevent the odor from spreading into the rest of the room. Overall, the apartment does not match the pictures advertised. The loft is clearly worn down, poorly maintained, and shows signs of long-term neglect.

Another major issue was the lack of heating. There is no proper way to heat the loft. The first night was very cold, especially since the blankets are extremely thin. Even after requesting an additional blanket, it was still not enough.

Lastly, the soundproofing is very poor, and there is little respect for quiet hours. Neighbors in other apartments are very noisy, and the cleaning staff plays loud music. The rooms are not well insulated—particularly around the door frames—allowing significant noise to pass through.

En realidad no tengo un punto malo para el lugar.

No sé ve para nada como las fotos , es mucho más pequeño y no tan bonito , hay mucho ruido por la noche ya que la avenida es grande

Points négatifs:
- la porte de la chambre du rdch est juste à côté de l’ascenseur ce qui rend cette chambre bruyante.
- la chambre esr très grande avec une cuisine mais avec le minimum du minimum pour cuisiner. Lorsque j’ai demandé au personnel qqls ustensiles en plus je n’ai obtenu que deux cuillères :(
- durant le wk l’établissement loue son roof top pour des fêtes, ce qui occasionne une cohabition difficile entre des gens qui voudraient dormir et d’autres qui sont lá pour faire la fête.
-la chambre du rdch n’ayant jamais de soleil direct, il y fait parfois presque froid

Creo que con poco podrían hacer mucho:
Me dieron un café pero no cafetera, el toallón estaba roto y no me dieron toalla de mano. Los cubiertos no cortaban y eran dispares. Había una gotera en el baño que no permitía que se vaya el olor a humedad eterno.
Son tonterías que no me harían NO elegir el lugar pero creo q con estas cositas, podría ser mucho mejor!

No NVAC, Bathroom small, no labels on gels in shower, water pressure was very bad

Don’t let them fool you by the “Condesa” name, it’s is Condesa price with low quality. You’ll find lots of better places around Reforma with this price. If you book here you’ll get a filthy place, then they would say they don’t do cleaning because they “work like Airbnbs” (they clearly don’t know how Airbnbs work). The bathrooms are dirty (especially the showers, they looked like they had never washed the corners and walls) and extremely uncomfortable because of how small they are. The beds are also uncomfortable, they don’t even vacuum the couches, there’s crumbs from old guests. These apartments look a lot nicer in the pictures. Although it is close to the Condesa, the hotel is located on a very busy road and right around the corner it feels sketchy and there are homeless. I travel to Mexico City very often and was disappointed to book this place instead of any other hotel in Reforma. It has potential, but they can do a lot better for the price.

The temperature was very hot in the apt in the afternoon and the fans / windows help that much.

Also the rooms had a machinery / dusty smell to them. Like something was overheating and running for a while.

The smell didn’t go away with the windows open. Not sure what it was.
