Convenient, clean, easy check in process, surrounded by a few restaurants, shops and convenience stores
1. Wifi has no internet connection. Contacted the property 3 times at different timing also didn’t respond, they went MIA after I checked in. The next day, they just ignored my messages regarding the wifi issues and send me the check out form.
2. ALL doors were very noisy because they were not well lubricated. We even purposely get WD40 to lubricate it cuz it was too noisy if we wanted to go to toilet at night.
3. Pillows were so thin, we have to add towel below / use our own pillows
4. We got 8 people, 2 families but only provided 1 access card & key and only allowed 1 parking lot in the property, hopefully they can accommodate requests for extra parking space cuz even the parking outside the condo was sufficient, but we were unable to walk through the guardhouse gate cuz it required access card
Big house, good for family..good area, a lot of shops around, easy parking , washing machine provided. Nice pool. Very late check in
Toilet floor and wall very dirty, small towel provided, very little soap, provided cheap one..tissue not provided, only toilet roll, no heater (rosak) in master bedroom toilet, sink bocor, laundry area very dirty, i have to close my eyes when i opened the door. Inside house is only clean. not worth the money paid. Dissatisfied customer.
It was cozy, comfy and tidy.. has a lot of bedrooms.. has the nice swimming pool.. kids-friendly.. the unit is very spacious.
The swimming pool’s guard won’t let us in even if we are wearing the suitable shirt and suit. They still wanna us to have a complete swimming attire to get into the pool which is not so suitable for muslims especially women. The bathroom in the master bedroom is not as clean as expected. There is mould on the tiles that is not well cleaned(green mould) which is a bit obnoxious.
Great waterpark
There was a long queue to use the waterpark, as only 50 guests were allowed at a time.
I was charged RM100 for a city tax. I tried to find information about it on the official Ipoh authority website but couldn’t find anything.
Spacy, clean and kids friendly pool
No wifi on the 1st day of check in and the towels provided are not for adult I guess (thin and small).
Self check in, following instruction given from the host thru whatsapp. Please prepare RM300 for security deposit. Good for staycation & kid friendly. Got electrical appliances like washing maching, fridge, cooking induction. The host prepare a Qiblat's marker direction. Got swimming pool & very strict security to enter this area. Very good location to stay for townspeople.
1. No wifi. Please use own mobile hotspot to watch tv.
2. I just wonder, why don't have a mirror at this house? Hahaha please bring own small mirror ya.
