Personal war top die Zimmer 1a. Das was ich für mich und meiner familie gewünscht hatte. Pool sauber wc bad sauber. Die Betten sehr bequem.

Pros:

The room and the main hotel areas were palacial spacious updated and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

After Sundays the swimming pool needed cleaning even more than it was due to outside families using the area.

Lack of English speaking staff.

Pros:

Auf die Frage, was mir an diesem sogenannten 5-Sterne-Hotel gefallen hat, würde ich sagen: fast nichts. Es hat mir nur sehr wenig gefallen.

To the question of what I liked about this so-called 5-star hotel, I would say: almost nothing. I liked very little about it.

Cons:

Es gibt zahlreiche Gründe, weshalb dieses Hotel aus meiner Sicht erhebliche Mängel aufweist. An erster Stelle steht die Lage des Hotels. Sobald man das Hotel verlässt, ist man praktisch eingeschlossen und kann kaum irgendwohin gehen. Ein Spaziergang ist nahezu unmöglich, da es weder geeignete Fußwege noch einen direkten Zugang zum Meer gibt – obwohl sich dieses in unmittelbarer Nähe befindet.

Darüber hinaus mangelt es dem Hotel deutlich an Organisation. Es ist schwer nachvollziehbar, dass man in einem angeblichen 5-Sterne-Hotel Zimmer ohne Aussicht, teilweise sogar ohne ausreichendes Tageslicht, erhält. Ebenso wenig akzeptabel ist es, dass die Badezimmertür im Zimmer nicht richtig schließt.

Unverständlich ist auch, dass der Pool bereits um 18:00 Uhr geschlossen wird, obwohl die Sonne noch hoch steht und der Tag noch lange nicht zu Ende ist. Dies wiegt umso schwerer, da die Gäste aufgrund der Lage des Hotels kaum Alternativen haben und keinen einfachen Zugang zum Meer besitzen. Insgesamt entspricht das Angebot in keiner Weise den Erwartungen, die man an ein 5-Sterne-Hotel stellen darf.

There are numerous reasons why, in my opinion, this hotel has serious shortcomings. First and foremost is its location. Once you leave the hotel, you are essentially stranded, with very limited possibilities to go anywhere. Taking a walk is almost impossible, as there are no suitable pedestrian paths and no practical access to the beach, despite the sea being very close by.

In addition, the hotel appears to suffer from a significant lack of organization. It is difficult to understand how a supposed 5-star hotel can assign rooms with no view and, in some cases, very limited natural daylight. Equally unacceptable is arriving in a room where the bathroom door does not close properly.

It is also hard to justify the swimming pool closing at 6:00 p.m. when the sun is still high and there are many hours of daylight remaining. This is particularly disappointing given that guests are effec
