Staff was rude not attended the call & though AC room was booked they cut the electricity of it

Pros:

Property's location was good

Cons:

Airconditioners were controlled from reception and when turned off by us, they couldn't be turned back on without intervention of the receptionist, secondly, no remotes for the AC were provided to us.
Toilet was dirty and was found littered with Urine all around
Hotel had charged INR 300 for accomodating our Driver... which generally is done free of cost by other hotels
Hand shower of the toilet was non-functional.. it wasn't repaired by the staff even after being informed..
