Unhygienic and badly maintained, from bedsheets pillows bathrooms and toilets.
Pros:

The Hotel is near to Neelima Institute NIMS College, walking distance from the Highway.
It is a new building less than a year old as of Sep 2025

Cons:

1. Unable to contact the property owners and communicate. When we reached, we struggled to get the booking confirmed and get a room. They collected Rs.1700/- while booking showed Rs 1620/-.
2. All the bedsheets and pillow in the room has stains and feels very dirty. Changed room from 203, 102 and then to 106. When asked why it is dirty, the boys would say the standard of OYO is like that ony. It seems hardly these are washed.
3. All the carpet / mats in rooms are very dirty that you will not like to put your feet.
4. Bathroom is also very dirty with stains. Red Spit marks can be seen in corners. Hard water stains and old dirty plastic buckets and mugs will never make you feel to touch it.
5. Toilets were also not cleaned properly.
6. No food. Not even Tea. Only Zomato may help.
Given a better option do not opt for this property. Only last helpless option.
