Fazit: noble Einrichtung - wenig Charme. Frühstück absolut bodenlos!

Die Lage ist top.

Cons:

Man merkt das es mal ein Hotel war & nun als Ferienwohnung dient. Das Frühstück ist für den Preis eine Frechheit (völlig überteuert & kaum etwas vorhanden). Beide Balkontüren sind defekt - siehe Bilder im Anhang.

Beim nächsten Zingst- Urlaub werden wir eine andere Unterkunft buchen.
Pros:

Die Einrichtung war modern und sauber, das Bett war angenehm, Handtücher, Föhn, Bettwäsche, Toilettenpapier waren wie beschrieben vorhanden. Die Handtücher in Dusche und Badewanne waren liebevoll zum Boot zusammengelegt. Die Schlüsselentgegennahme erfolgte via Safe mit PIN. Es gab einen zweiten Balkon. Das Frühstück war ok, ausreichend. Die junge Dame in der Küche war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Nähe zum Zentrum war sehr gut.

Cons:

Der Eingangsbereich des Objektes war umgeben von vertrockneten Blumen in Pflanzschalen. Die Rezeption war entgegen der Info 15.30 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt, auch wurde kein anderweitiger Mitarbeiter angetroffen. Der zweite Balkon wirkte unansehnlich und ungepflegt, Stühle, Tisch und Sonnenschirm nebst Ständer mussten selbständig dorthin verbracht werden. Der Balkon war gleichzeitig mit der Nachbarwohnung nutzbar und lediglich mit einer halben, nicht durchgängigen Trennwand bestückt. Die Balkontür war entgegen der Info nicht mit einem Mückenschutz ausgestattet. Die Tür ging sehr schwerfällig auf und zu und krakelte an allen Ecken. Der separate erste Balkon konnte nicht genutzt werden, die Balkontür durfte man nicht öffnen, da diese defekt war. Ein Mangel, der bereits vor 4 Monaten durch einen anderen Gast auf Google.maps angezeigt wurde. Anhand der Fotos des Gastes haben wir festgestellt, dass wir genau dieses Zimmer erhalten haben. Ferner fehlte es an einem Kühlschrank. Dies stand zwar nicht in der Zimmerbeschreibung sollte aber bei diesen Temperaturen und der Tatsache, dass es sich um einen Ferienort handelt, der hauptsächlich im Sommer ausgiebig besucht wird, zum Standardinventar werden. Vorrichtungen für Jacken, Kleider gibt es nicht, weder im Kleiderschrank noch in Form von z. B. Garderobenhaken. Es gibt nur einen Kleiderschrank mit Einlegeböden. Trotz unserer Mitteilung der Gastdaten über das Onlineportal lagen die Kurkarten nicht - wie angekündigt- auf dem Zimmer aus. Eine Nachricht an den Vermieter blieb bis zum Abend des Abreisetages unbeantwortet.
