The food wasn’t great
Helpful friendly staff. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Pleasant comfortable room. Good bathroom. Integral Usb charging sockets, iron and board, hairdryer, hospitality tray and good a/c provided.. Very impressed with both reception and hospitality staff.
The hotel is great as a stopover en route home to Devon but the location on a sprawling retail estate is not interesting or attractive in its own right. Hotel is beginning to show its age. Curtains in the room needed attention where they had become unhooked. Bedside lights were too dim and one bulb needed to be replaced. Lights in the bathroom were old ecobulbs which took a long time to become bright . Despite this, I would certainly recommend the hotel as comfortable and convenient.

It was handy for where I needed to visit.
Room was very nice, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included was fresh, nice and with a very good selection.
Our room keys stopped working nearly every day. Each day we had to return to reception to get new ones, even receptionist came up to check on one day. They said it was because kept near magnetic strip, only put in handbag!
Also on our final night we returned to room about midnight but luckily key worked for first time but the room had not been cleaned and bed unmade! At that time of night we just went to bed and didn’t tell reception till we booked out.
It is accessible and there are a lot of food choices around.
The toilet flush and it's lock are broken. Airconditioning is for service but no one checked before we checked in. The sofa bed was broken too and the mattress that comes with it made my back ache.
Breakfast is OK.
Value for money, quiet room., great receptionists.
Only one bath towel for a couple, uncomfortable pillows, functional but tired bathroom, uninviting bar
