Great location and reception team were so lovely
The rooms had no water
Location
Staff rude after I’d called 2 and upgraded to get a bath but still didn’t get one and staff joked I should’ve booked direct not use booking.com
Room was spacious, well appointed and very clean. Bar/restaurant area was comfortable.

The staff were lovely. Breakfast was very nice and plenty to choose from. Good location to visit stonehenge
My friend has chronic pain due to severe arthritis and limited mobility. The room was great and she could walk around with enough space to use her rollator. The only issue was the shower. She needed a shower chair to allow her to rest and grab rails for stability but there were none available in the cubicle. There were no shelves for her soap and shampoo and she is unable to bend. I had to pass her them when she asked and this wasn't ideal. The bathroom was a great size and the accessibility was greatly appreciated. Just a couple of changes would make it perfect.
Promre. Beaux equipement. Une douche au top
Excellent breakfast
Caters for families with children
Ideal location to visit Stonehenge and Salisbury Cathedral

Reception staff were very helpful and breakfast was better than expected

Treatment of the staff, Antonio the manager and Shel from front office. They did their best to accommodate us well. And Merlin from breakfast room. She's kind, always with a smile on her face and she served us delicious pancakes.
Lage ist gut mit vielen Parkplätzen direkt vor dem
Hotel.
Im Bad war Schimmel und das Bett war für unseren Geschmack sehr hart.

Really clean, food was lovely and my room was warm, comfy and quiet
Nothing, although parking was limited when I returned late in the evening
Staff lovely rooms spacious good location for what we wanted
Drinks expensive
All the electric sockets in the room should have a port where by one can charge their phone without aving to beg for socket charger for phone .
Everything is good except the sockets
Location was great, plenty of parking and spacious restaurant
Accessible rooms on third floor are accessed by a very small wheelchair - wheelchair user cannot press the buttons so one of us had to squeeze in too.
Bed for an accessible room was too soft to roll and turn the disabled person and was too low for moving and handling.
A ledge into the accessible wet room meant our equipment was not safe to take our disabled person into the shower. Level access is needed.
☹️
One towel for 2 people!!!!!
Small horrid room
Terrible mattress
