멀지는 않지만...주차장은 야외라 조금 불편해요...
오션뷰라지만...뻥뚤린뷰는 아님요...
메인화면에는 수영장 사진과 사용가능이라지만...
작은글씨로 7월부터 가능이라함...
수영장땜시 예약한건데ㅠㅠ
전체 카펫이라 깨끗하지도않고 냄새나요ㅠㅠ
침대커버와 이불은 깨끗하나 사용감이 많아보여요...
찢어진 부분도 있구요...
아침에 화장실 환풍기에서 담배냄새가 진하게 났습니다.
모기가 얼마나 많은지 대충 훌터봐도 20마리봄...
프론티에 전화하니 남얘기하듯 말씀하시고 프론티로 에프킬라
가져와 아이들은 이불뒤집어쓰고 방역하듯 뿌려대도 살아있음...
밤새 잠못자고 아이들과 모기와 전쟁치르고 팔.다리.얼굴.귓볼.마구잡이로 뜯기고 저는 살면서 첨으로 두피까지 뜯겨 곤욕을 치렸습니다.2박을 예약했으나 도저히 잘수가없어 1박은 취소요청 했으나 고객 센터는 통화가안됬고 호텔측은 인터넷에약이라 안된다고만하고 시간이지나 고객센터에 통화했으나 호텔측에서 해주셔야 된다하고 서로미루고...
체크아웃할때 모기땜에 힘들어 잘수없다 말씀드리니 해결해 주실꺼처럼 말씀해주셨는데 시간이 지난 아직도 해결이 안됨...
친절하지도않고...고객대응도 허접해요...
최악의숙소였습니다...

주차장 담배냄새가 아쉽네요

I did not enjoy the lack of communication, there was no direction on where to park and my friend who was driving ended up being yelled at by a worker from this hotel. The staff did not seem happy to serve or assist us. The parking lot was just a steep lot, first night everyone was parked wherever and basically blocked and possible parking spots that could have been a decent spot. In the morning, it filters out but this information should be listed in the post since this is a tourist area.

Propreté et hygiène absolument déplorable. Équipements et services inexistants.
Vue montagne = vue sur immeuble en construction qui obstrue l’entièreté de la fenêtre.

El personal es muy borde.
No te atienden con amabilidad y si pueden te cobran demás.
Las habitaciones no las hacen hasta las 15 de la tarde con lo que te tiras el día con la habitación patas por hombro.
Cobran 10000 wones por persona por entrar con lo que si buscas hotel con piscina no es el tuyo. A mi amiga le cobraron 4 entradas y al ir a reclamar no le devolvieron el dinero.

El baño está sucísimos, concretamente el bidé estaba muy sucio.
El suelo es de moqueta y está lleno de manchas poco fiables.

The place seems value for money but it is not. You will need to pay breakfast, swimming pool, key separately.
Staff is also something to point out. We arrive early and we were waiting to check in time, like others when the time came it caused a queue. The was three people at the front desk but only one was dealing with the guest and it took forever to be able to go to the room.
The place is dirty, we needed to ask the room to be clean again when we arrive, but it is not only the room the corredors smell, carpet is full of stains. I do NOT recommend even if you are on a budget.

Reservé este hotel pq tenía piscina y no la puedes utilizar si no pagas 8000 wones por persona y dia. El hotel es demasiado grande y viejo. No volvería, ni lo recomendaría a nadie por muy barato que fuese.

Non of the staff spoke English, difficult to communicate, breakfast was only fair

Lit inconfortable, tapis pleins dans la chambre pleins de taches et vraiment sale, énormément de déchets sous les lit (bouchon, bouteille, jouets, …), nous sommes arrivés à 14h47 et voulions procéder au check-in (selon le site apd 15h) et ils nous l’ont refusé, nous avons donc dû attendre 13 min avant de pouvoir obtenir la carte pour notre chambre, c’est incompréhensible…. Personnel ne parle pas anglais rendant la communication très compliqué, surtout en cas de problèmes comme c’était le cas….La piscine est payante en plus (10000 KRW par personne), c’est très décevant car nous avions pris cet hôtel pour cette raison, sinon nous aurions pris un autre hôtel … L’hôtel globalement n’est pas propre et un peu vieillot. Il y a beaucoup de bruits dans les couloirs. Le 7 eleven en bas de l’immeuble est en travaux et donc inaccessible, bien dommage. Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel et je ne le conseillerais à personne.

아니라도 데스크에 사람은 항시 있는데 여긴 머 자기시간 아니라고 자리비우고 고층원한다고 메세지까지 보냈는데 답변도 안주고 당일되니 그룸은 고층없다고 말하고.ㅡㅡ
밑에 공사를 하면 예약 할때 공지사항이라도 띄어야되지않는지
와서 알았다는게 황당하네.싼게 비지떡이라고.돈아끼지 말고 기분좋게 휴가할껄 .아쉬움이큰 제주숙소였음
