Отвратительное место с неисправной сантехникой. В моем номере случился потоп.

Отель - сплошное разочарование. Удобно у него только место расположения. Не рекомендую.
Приятной на рецепшене была только одна девушка , которая переехала в Таормину из Милана. Единственная, кто помогла мне подзарядить телефон и была приятна в общении.

Cons:

Мой номер затопило, так как в трубах, которые зашиты в потолок. была протечка, в результате этого промокли мои кожаные сандали, которые после этого были безвозвратно испорчены. Когда я обратилась на ресепшен и попросила решить этот вопрос, немолодая женщина лишь неискренне улыбнулась и сказала, что может дать мне еще одно полотенце на пол ….
Это ужас , мне не вернули деньги, не предложили поменять номер, у меня был поздний выезд на следующий день - мне не предложили даже возможность позднего выезда из этого сырого номера. Такого отвратительного отношения я не встречала нигде. Более того, из-за этой ситуации отменились мои планы на вечер.
На следующее утро в 9:45, когда я уже выезжала из номера, мне в качестве комплимента предложили завтрак. Ок, я поднялась наверх и в 10:30 на моих глазах все убрали и обещанный завтрак так и не предложили. Вот Вам и компенсация.
В мини баре , включенном в стоимость, мне поставили уже кем-то открытую и полураспитую бутылку просеко. Это верх неуважения к гостю.
Также не было открывашки, чтобы открыть кока-колу в стеклянной бутылке.
На Гугл карте неверно указан адрес отеля.
На мою просьбу порекомендовать мне ресторан сотрудница мне просто выслала весь список имеющихся баров и ресторанов, заведения из рекомендаций были пустыми и непопулярными.
В последний вечер я решила посидеть перед отъездом на террасе, выяснилось, что в данный отель могут придти не только постояльцы, но и лица «легкого поведения». Персонал никак не следит за этим вопросом. Все-таки в пространстве для отдыха постояльцев должна быть приватность. Есть номера, как минимум.
Также от шоссе ночью очень шумно, Вы не отдохнете вечером.
За эту цену Вы можете найти в Таормине гораздо более качественное пребывание .
Крайне не рекомендую.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene ma i dettagli della camera erano poco curati!

Two nights in Taormina on holiday.
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful especially Lucia. The room was spacious and clean. They gave us a free mini bar for the first night it was so generous.
